We are currently recruiting for a Quality Technician to join a manufacturing business based in Gloucester. Manage internal departmental complaints, coordinating investigations and supporting resolution.

Identify recurring quality issues, escalating significant concerns to the Quality Manager.

To be successful in this Quality Technician role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a quality-focused role within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment.
A good understanding of quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) processes.
Experience managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
Experience conducting internal quality audits.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
