The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property. They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
$21-38/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project. Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman. Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture efforts for our data warehouse and other analytical systems. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify automation and/or AI opportunities. Conduct in-depth process analysis to discover AI opportunities and recommend process changes, while ensuring alignment with business goals. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies around AI, Machine Learning, and RPA. Propose and implement improvements to existing RPA solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Manage a small team of direct reports, providing clear goal setting, coaching, and collaboration all while maintaining Rust-Oleum's culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years leading a data architecture or data engineering team. Familiarity with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse Analytics. Programming skills in SQL and Python. Experience with AI and Machine Learning concepts. Understanding of RPA technologies. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

As Regional Quality Manager for Europe & Africa (EUAF) your primary impact is to ensure excellence by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing service and product quality, and maximizing customer satisfaction across the region. You are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a regional Integrated Management System (IMS) to align with Fugro and external certification requirements while meeting customer expectations.
Your role
You work with relevant stakeholders to design and implement a comprehensive IMS structure covering all aspects of the organization's operations, ensuring it aligns with certification requirements and fosters a culture of quality;
You lead and guide the EUAF Management Team and Business Lines (BL) in establishing and maintaining consistent operational procedures captured in an Operating Handbook as part of the IMS and collaborate with EUAF Country Directors to ensure the achievement and maintenance of appropriate quality certificates across the region;
You set up and manage an efficient quality organisation through the country QHSSE teams, providing necessary resources and support to enhance quality implementation;
You offer guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to the Q(HSSE) professionals in the region, ensuring effective execution of quality tasks;
You define clear expectations and objectives for the quality team, ensuring they have the required resources and training to succeed in their quality initiatives;
You foster collaboration with various departments, such as project management, operations, client deliverables, and operational excellence, to embed a culture of quality throughout the organization;
You work closely with the Operating Excellence team to integrate improvement actions and initiatives into the IMS, facilitating a continuous improvement process.
Your track record
You have a bachelor’s in Quality management, Engineering, or Business Administration;
You have 5+ years of successful experience in similar role, demonstrating a track record of success in quality management;
You have strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards or other relevant industry-specific certifications;
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and have a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects and due dates;
You are fluent in English.

The team provide quality assurance and regulatory affairs advise on the creation of new products and the improvement of existing technologies.
It would be highly advantageous if you have knowledge of design processes, but it’s not essential. This team does not just fill out quality assurance and regulatory documents; this is a team where they will be very involved with the R&D team, providing vital advice on the creation of medical devices, and ensuring the team operates within the FDA 510k, ISO 13485, and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 standards.
It would be ideal if you have both quality assurance and regulatory affairs knowledge. However, people have moved into this role from either regulatory affairs or quality assurance background, but with a general knowledge in the other side.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Assist in various laboratory tasks, including conducting experiments, analyzing data, maintaining lab equipment, and collaborating with senior chemists to gain practical experience in the field of chemistry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in setting up and conducting chemical experiments, following standard laboratory procedures and safety protocols, which may include preparing solutions, compounds, or reagents. Collect and analyze data from experiments or studies, using instruments like spectrophotometers, chromatographs, or microscopes, and may involve computer-based data analysis. Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment, including proper storage of chemicals, cleaning and sterilizing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Perform literature reviews and research to support ongoing projects or gather information for new experiments, which could involve reading scientific journals and summarizing findings. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings from experiments or research, documenting procedures, results, and conclusions. Work collaboratively with other interns, chemists, and laboratory staff, participating in meetings, sharing findings, and contributing to team discussions. Prepare samples for testing and conduct routine tests, involving measuring, weighing, and mixing chemicals. Provide technical support to senior chemists or laboratory managers, which could include troubleshooting equipment issues or refining experimental methodologies.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering at an accredited college or university. Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior in good academic standing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior experience is necessary, requires the propensity for learning, openness to training and a continuous improvement mindset.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in MS Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.). SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, taste, smell, and lift up to 50 lbs.
BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $18.00 and $21.50, dependent upon academic year and prior experience/internships with the company (i.e. returning interns).
