AES Advance LMS – working with fellow employees in the coordination and administration of training courses. This will include mandatory Introduction to AES training for all new starters
Manage and administer all L & D purchase orders
Lead UK HSE training and co-ordinate L & D booking, admin (training providers / invites / arranging across shifts / room availability feedback)
Assist with Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) management to include the PO administration
Work collaboratively with Marketing and other functions of the business to aid Open Evenings / on site school events / community engagement. Scope to become an Enterprise Advisor to a local school
Help co-ordinate initial apprenticeship administration (Interviews / room bookings / offers)
Complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Admin / L&D Course / and NEBOSH General

As Inside Sales Executive you must be/have:
3+ years’ experience in sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
CRM experience (Salesforce ideal) and solid Microsoft Office skills
Driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
