GENERAL SUMMARY: Perform a variety of general repairs, installations, and maintenance on facility equipment, building and utility systems. Perform general carpentry, floor repairs and general repairs of facility. Maintain record of maintenance and repairs. Make routine checks and inspections of equipment for proper lubrication and other general maintenance functions. Check out problem areas and make repairs and adjustments as needed.
