As District Sales Manager for Stonhard you will manage 7-10 Sales Representatives. You will set goals, train, recruit, oversee installations, manage profit and loss, and sell to end users, general contractors and design build firms.

What will you do?
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the district. Compiles reports for the General Manager evaluating Industrial and Commercial TM's performance. Responsible for invoice forecasting and monitors and reports on installation performance and follow-up with customers. Trains, monitors and motivates the TM's. Assists TM's whenever necessary in the field making sales calls, presentations, and manages ongoing installation projects. Spends a minimum of three to four days per week in the field with Stonhard customers. Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally. Compensation Package:

You will learn the essential and always evolving legal compliance that keeps a modern agency running, from ensuring gas and electrical safety certificates are up to date to drafting the tenancy agreements themselves and ensuring they are correctly signed and stored.
