Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care by assisting with dental procedures and ensuring patient comfort
Manage reception duties, including scheduling appointments and handling patient enquiries

As a Apprentice Dental Nurse you will achieve a Level 3 qualification following an 18-24 month training programme. Before taking your end-point assessment, you must achieve level 2 English and Maths (equivalent to GCSEs at grades A* to C) if you have not already achieved them and can provide evidence confirming this.Training Outcome:The successful candidate will work towards achieving a Level 3 qualification in dental nursing whilst gaining valuable experience in a dental practice.
Upon completion of the Level 3 qualification, you will be an experienced and qualified dental nurse, and as such, you can continue building up skills that will always be in-demand. You could progress to acquire specialist qualifications in areas such as sedation, dental radiography, and oral health education.
You may take on more responsibilities as a trainer for other dental nurses or move into a management role within your dental practice.
