Other responsibilities include• Helping to establish and maintain excellent communication with tenant organisations• Covering for other members of the team when they are attending training, on holiday, etc, including cover for the Centre Manager• Dealing with emergencies when they arise• Attending regular Team and Tenant meetings, and taking minutes• Working to improve the company's social and environmental objectives• Other duties as required, in line with the role• Being a Fire Marshall and assisting with the fire alarm testing on occasion• Attending company-wide events such as the annual staff conference

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Technical Communications Specialist provides administrative assistance to the Technical Services Department and technical support of the Sealants Division product line to Tremco sales representatives and customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
General understanding of product complaint process/WebCycle/SAP and ability to close out tasks in a timely manner. Assist in providing technical support for Dryvit product line, making technically accurate recommendations to internal and external product line/application inquiries from Sales Department, architects, engineers, contractors, specifiers, etc. Answer Dryvit Mailbox /HubSpot inquiries. Acquire a general understanding and ability to communicate results of Project Testing methods/techniques - ASTM C794 (Tab Adhesion-and-Peel), ASTM C1193 (Tab Adhesion), ASTM C1248 (Stain) and ASTM C1087 (Compatibility). Assist with making technically accurate recommendations to internal and external product line/application inquiries from Sales Department, architects, engineers, contractors, specifiers, etc. Develop the various cross-functional skill sets of individuals on your team within the Technical Services Department. Maintain and update Dryvit departmental manual. Speak/write proficiently with respect to product usage, competitive product analysis, the Tremco website, product specification, product repairs and problems. Whilst your caseload grows you will be expected to assist other members of the team with dedicated tasks. All of their cases are multi-track. Caseload numbers are dictated by complexity, though most will have < 40 cases at any one time. Support from paralegals and secretaries will be provided as necessary.

The successful candidate will have experience either exclusively or predominantly in running a claimant clinical negligence caseload.
