Working with laying birds, checking husbandry and health and completing a small number of records
Using an egg packing machine and sorting out second quality eggs and cleaning down the egg packing area
Work is often as part of a small team of two or three on tasks at the farm to include repairs to equipment, range checks and fencing, groundworks, tidying, cleaning of vehicles and collecting data such as meter reads, images or samples for SFI or Countryside Stewardship
Tractor work and potential loader work as experience and training develops on our arable enterprises and on general tasks
This is a varied role for a motivated person interested in learning about free range egg production and care of hens but also wishing to gain wider skills and experience relating to general farm and arable tasks. Tractor and tele handler training and arable tasks will be introduced according to experience. There is routine work with the laying enterprise, to include hen husbandry and egg packing and a variety of other activities depending on the time of year

You may have to attend formal college sessions (if English & maths are required), but not necessary for 19+.
You will learn the knowledge, skills and behaviours related to the apprenticeship standard.
Training will take place within the work place supported by the assessor through regular visits and reviews. An online portfolio is also used where tasks are set and progress is monitored.Training Outcome:It is unknown at present whether further work will be available but this may be the case. If no permanent opportunity then the employer will be willing to assist with a CV and support with applications for positions, potentially through own networks.Employer Description:E&S Clarke were established in 2012 but the family has farmed at Eudon Burnell since 1961, initially mixed dairying and arable moving to egg production using own milled feeds and arable in 1998. Knowledge of performance tuning techniques including lazy loading, code splitting, and asset optimisation.
Experience consuming secure REST APIs from the browser.
Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress.
Solid understanding of modern front-end tooling (e.g., npm/yarn, Vite/Webpack, ESLint/Prettier).
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have:

Job Purpose:
Based in Clapham, SW London, my client is looking for a pragmatic and enthusiastic IT Support Technician to support our IT Manager. Preferably with School/Education experience, this is a key role reporting to the IT Manager. The post-holder will be responsible, with the IT Manager, for the function and success of our IT infrastructure along with the user experience.Job Duties:
· To provide level 1 & Level 2 technical support to all of the school’s users across both school sites in Clapham
· Meeting and greeting walk-in visitors to the IT office and providing support as needed, along with attending classrooms and offices to resolve issues.
· Responding to tickets and tasks assigned by the IT Manager within the agreed SLAs.
· To operate, install, update and work with equipment such as smartboards, external storage devices, computer diagnostic tools, printers etc.
· To work in compliance with the School and GDRP policies in order to maintain confidential information.
· To support the design, installation and configuration of software and hardware across the school network.
· Ensuring there is stock of day-to-day items and the office remains clean and clear.
· To support & perform routine maintenance of computer / network systems in order to ensure stable and efficient school operations.
· To support vendor diagnostic tests to identify and resolve faults.
· To support & carry out hardware repairs or replacements of IT devices including mobile devices, Desktops and Laptops.
· To accurately record asset movements ( IMAC’s ) on the asset management tracking system.
· To train users on new systems by performing technical demonstrations to acquaint them with operational procedures when required.
· To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system.
· To support major IT issues or upgrades which are not possible to perform during normal school hours.
· To act as a technical advocate within the school; promoting thoughts and ideas that contribute towards more efficient and productive systems. To assist in the migration and implementation of new IT systems.
· To assist the theatre technician when required with A/V and IT support.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in 1st and 2nd Line support role with a strong knowledge of hardware, networking and basic AV equipment.Hands-on experience with AD, MS365, Intune and Autopilot.Experience of using and troubleshooting Active Directory ( on-prem ) and Entra-ID / Azure AD.Knowledge of endpoint security, Compliance policies and remote management.Strong attention to details and a process-driven mindset.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Desirable: IT related certifications ( Microsoft, CompTIA, ITL , Cisco )
