The role would suit a paralegal, ideally with 2 years’ construction experience though candidates with property litigation, planning or development experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Supporting multiple fee earners on a caseload of heavily litigated construction work working with clients within the retail, hotel and healthcare space.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and legal documentation.
Legal research.
Corresponding with clients and third parties.
Managing case files and preparing exhibits.
Requirements:
