Contract Senior Structural Engineer
An award-winning firm of consulting engineers based in Central London is currently looking to recruit a contract structural engineer for a 3 month to cover a large peak in work load.
Our client is willing to consider engineers from 5 years + experience up to Chartered (MICE or IStructE) with 20 years + experience.
The successful individual will be working on the design of a variety of building structures (residential, commercial, retail, educational) ranging from architecturally led smaller structures up to £50m + developments. You will need to be able to design in all main materials and be able to take a lead on projects where necessary. You will need to be proactive, a strong communicator and technical excellent.
ASAP start for the right applicant. Solid hourly rates are on offer with an Outside IR35 contract. Hybrid working can be offered, but not fully remote.

Core-Asset Consulting is working with a financial services business to recruit a Reconciliations Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Glasgow. The role will be responsible for delivering key CASS operational controls and supporting compliance with FCA CASS requirements through timely reconciliations, effective risk management and continuous improvement of processes and controls. The role will involve:
• Completing daily internal and external client money reconciliations accurately and within required timescales. • Investigating, resolving and escalating reconciliation discrepancies, shortfalls and control exceptions. • Completing internal and external custody asset reconciliations across daily, weekly and monthly timescales. • Liaising with internal teams and external service providers to support timely resolution of outstanding items. • Completing weekly managed fund reconciliations and progressing outstanding discrepancies with relevant stakeholders. • Producing accurate and timely management information to support governance, oversight and business reporting. • Carrying out CASS controls within required timescales and maintaining clear evidence of completion.
Desired Experience:
Experience of reconciliations within financial services and knowledge of FCA CASS requirements are desirable.
• The ability to interpret, investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies and control exceptions. • Good numerical skills and the ability to produce accurate management information.

The Opportunity
An exciting 3-month day rate contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Go-to-Market Contractor to lead the launch of a major new direct trading capability. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll drive both the strategy and execution of bringing direct trade functionality (US and ASX markets) to market, a cornerstone initiative for the business this year. You'll work closely with the Product and Executive teams in a fast-paced environment with a clear end-November launch target. This is a genuine greenfield project where your initiative, problem-solving, and self-direction will directly shape a critical business milestone.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the direct trading launch, including market positioning, competitive differentiation, and customer acquisition approach
Drive hands-on delivery of the GTM plan, working independently to identify requirements, remove blockers, and execute across product, data, and customer channels
Conduct thorough fact-finding and market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements for direct trading
Collaborate with internal Product, Data, and Executive teams to align the GTM strategy with platform capabilities and broader business objectives
Create compelling messaging, positioning, and launch communication materials that resonate with and attract target customers
Establish KPIs and success metrics for the launch, tracking performance and iterating strategy based on market response
Ideal Experience
Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for financial service investment products in fast-moving environments
Strong track record of hands-on delivery in greenfield or dynamic settings where you've independently solved problems and driven execution
Deep understanding of the retail investment and direct trading landscape, including competitor positioning, market structure, and customer acquisition drivers
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, operations, and executive teams
Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to present recommendations and build alignment across diverse teams

THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity for a 12 month FTC contract with potential to go permanent has emerged for a Search & Performance Lead to join their Marketing team and build out a unified search capability across SEO, GEO and SEM. You'll own the end-to-end search strategy, drive high-intent member acquisition, and lower cost-per-result through data-driven optimisation and experimentation. This is a hands-on strategic role where you'll partner with cross-functional teams, guide external agency partners, and shape how the fund shows up across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms.
Our client is based in Melbourne but would consider strong Sydney based candidates.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Build and own the end-to-end search strategy across SEO, GEO and SEM, translating commercial priorities into channel roadmaps and prioritised backlogs
Lead the monthly optimisation cadence (plan, test, learn, scale) and champion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement
Own technical, on-page and off-page SEO, plus define the GEO framework to increase visibility across AI Overviews and LLM platforms
Guide and direct media agency partners on SEM execution across Google and Microsoft, holding them accountable for performance, governance and quality standards
Develop and maintain search analytics frameworks, KPIs, guardrails and attribution models using GSC, GA4, SEMrush and other tools
Build cross-functional working groups across Content, Digital, Compliance and Data; create playbooks and run training to upskill stakeholders
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Hands-on experience developing and optimising SEO and SEM strategies that drive commercial results, ideally within regulated industries like superannuation, financial services or banking
Strong technical SEO knowledge including structured data, schema, entity building, E-E-A-T, and Core Web Vitals, plus familiarity with AI-driven search environments
Proven experience guiding and holding agency partners accountable for SEM performance, governance and quality across bidding strategy, ad relevance and Quality Score optimisation
Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, compliance-sensitive environments where landing page optimisation and messaging accuracy are non-negotiable

Key Accountabilities
