Carboline is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work out of our Headquarters in Maryland Heights, MO. This person will be responsible for order cycle from placement of the order, coordination of manufacture, and shipment through billing.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Degree or equivalent, 2-year Business degree or minimum 1 year Customer Service experience.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day. No unusual environmental, lifting, or exertion requirements are associated with this position. Must be able to pass a color blindness and math test.
Essential Functions:
Answer a high volume of phone calls. Input orders with the correct price, discounts, commission splits, rate special requirements, products, point of manufacture, sales division, project, market, routing, and freight terms. Coordinate the manufacturing point, scheduling, shipment, and delivery of the product. Prioritize and negotiate product availability with the expeditor. Understand and follow policy guidelines relative to stock orders, no-charge orders, special charges, quality compliance, credit, freight recovery, commission levels and splits Follow up daily on order status and notify customers or sales reps of any changes. Work with production management and expediting to meet customer requirements. Work closely with Regional Managers on pertinent regional service and support issues, account development, sales training, inventory availability, etc. Perform additional duties as assigned Commit to the Company's safety and quality programs.

Overview
Working across departments this position will drive inventory accuracy to ensure: Production lines are in constant supply of material with minimal loss in productivity or inventory. Warehouse sales order pick lists are picked in full with no adjustments necessary
Responsibilities:
Drive the quality of ERP inventory transaction alignment to physical inventory movement. Overall accountability for Inventory Control corporate metrics reporting Create, run, prepare, and distribute metrics to internal/external stakeholders Include commentary on key drivers of inventory changes. Work with finance as needed Acts as Subject Matter Expert and trainer for the organization on inventory processes and transactions within ERP system. Lead cross-functional efforts to improve inventory control processes and procedures in support of the organization's goals and objectives based on exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Responsible for driving Cycle Counting to demonstrate Inventory Accuracy without the need for annual Physical Inventories. Must drive company to meet key metrics in this area. Drive and perform inventory discrepancy investigations/corrections to recover inventory and find, document, and eliminate root causes (i.e. BOM or consumption errors, transactional discipline, etc.). Foster an environment of continuous improvement resulting in continually improving service levels to customers at a decreasing cost to the company. Contribute sound advice and creative new ideas, concepts and approaches relative to inventory management. JOB PURPOSE:
As a National Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and driving profitable and sustainable growth for the following Industrial distributors- Ferguson Enterprises, Vallen & Northern Tool & Equipment. You will also be tasked with maintaining and developing strong relationships with all levels and functions within the accounts and Rust-Oleum to assure growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Objectively assess each sales opportunity, develop, and execute a winning strategy that is highly focused on maintaining and growing sales dollars and profit. Become a resource and advocate to Ferguson, Vallen & Northern Tool & Equipment to grow our partnership and overall business by acting as the central conduit to link all the necessary departments and people internally and externally. Work hand in hand with your accounts on analyzing the current product assortments, identify product gaps & present to secure product placement. Develop strategic programs and then communicate with the Field Sales team on executing.

My client, a prestigious provider of managed services is looking to hire at Microsoft Security Consultant/Architect with strong LLD and Implementation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of security principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
Day to Day Duties Include:-
As a Security Consultant/Architect you will liaise with customers on a consultancy basis, designing bespoke solutions for communicated problems. Working with the wider Security team, you will oversee the implementation of solutions and will provide support & guidance for team members when implementing solutions for customers. You will also be responsible for the following:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive security solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Centre, and Microsoft Defender suite.
• Designing, reviewing, and enhancing security architecture to ensure it aligns with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organisational goals.
• Conducting regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks. Developing and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks effectively.
• Overseeing IAM solutions using Azure Active Directory, including user authentication, access controls, and privilege management.
• Managing and maintaining endpoint security solutions, including endpoint protection platforms (EPP), endpoint detection and response (EDR), and mobile device management (MDM) using Microsoft Intune.
• Developing and enforcing Data security/ Application security policies, standards, and procedures across the organisation. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Working with the Managed SOC and Operational teams, develop and maintain incident response plans. Lead incident response activities, including detection, investigation, containment, and recovery. Staying updated on emerging threats and security trends.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including MSOC, development, and business units, to integrate security requirements into projects and initiatives. Communicating security-related concepts and requirements effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experiences required:-
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Security Architect or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of security principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory, Azure Security Centre, and other Microsoft security solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, identity and access management, and data protection concepts.
• Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, Identity Fundamentals and Cybersecurity (SC-100) are a plus.
• Hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructures
• Security Cleared or able to attend Security Clearance.

The QA Technical Service Rep is responsible for the timely delivery of services as they relate to the quality assurance of Tremco's installed roofing systems within their respective region.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the QA Assurance Group.
