Role Overview: Service Care Solutions is recruiting for a skilled Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join the Northamptonshire NHS on a temporary agency contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to play an integral part within the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), supporting service users on their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Named Nurse, responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based care for service users and their carers within a defined geographical area linked to primary care networks.
Provide professional advice and support to other agencies and MDT members.
Step into the role of Operations Manager in their absence when required.
Requirements:
Smartcard and current/recent SystmOne knowledge.
Must have access to own transport.
