Complaint management and resolution
Prescription queries
Appointment and clinic changes
To complete all associated administration in an accurate and timely manner
To provide outstanding customer care always, both internally and externally
To have a thorough knowledge of all Practice procedures
To work in accordance with written protocols
Training:
You will be working towards a Level 2 Customer Service Qualification
You may also need to work towards Level 2 functional skills in maths and English if not exempt

THE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER / FINANCE MANAGER ROLE:

Producing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
Leading budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management

Ensuring accurate import duty accruals, deferments and landed cost reporting
Monitoring freight forwarding costs, stock movements and working capital with operational teams

Providing commercial insight to the founders to support better decision making and business performance
THE PERSON:
CIMA / ACCA Qualified, or Qualified by Experience (QBE), with proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant in an SME environment, with an understanding of import/Export.
Industry experience Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Retail or Wholesale would be advantageous, with stock / inventory accounting and operational finance
Strong experience producing Management Accounts, Budgeting, Forecasting and Cashflow Management
Exposure to invoice discounting or asset-based lending facilities
Strong oversight of credit control and debtor management, including handling escalations
Experience reviewing systems, reporting and processes to drive improvements and efficiencies
A commercial and proactive mindset with the ability to support business growth

A fantastic job opportunity has arisen for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in East Sussex. My client is a global centre of excellence, specialising in the design and manufacture of electronic controllers, instrumentation, and drives.
The role as the Manufacturing Engineering Manager in East Sussex will be leading the NPI Development team and will be responsible for liaising with the relevant design staff to ensure the overall quality and delivery of new parts, to the highest standards. You will also work to ensure the proposed design concepts can be manufactured cost-effectively. You will oversee the prototype build of products in question, prepare relevant documentation and actively participate in PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and DFMEs (Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). This role will also require you to work with Operations personnel to allow for the optimisation and layout of the assembly areas, as well as the assembly tooling used in the NPI build.
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager must have experience with PCBA and leading a manufacturing or production team.
As Manufacturing Engineering Manager in East Sussex, you will have experience in a New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD) role within electronics assembly, and/or PCB/cable assembly or electronics box build as well as experienced in the use of ERP/MRP systems (SAP Preferable). You will also have an Engineering Degree or equivalent and provable experience in a similar position. Awareness of all types of electronic printed circuit assembly techniques is beneficial.
