JOB DESCRIPTION
DAP is currently looking to hire Product Information Specialist.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise to customers, sales reps, and internal staff in area of proper product usage/application. Arrange for customer reimbursement for defective products, assist in rectifying customer complaints, and arrange for investigations on specific user complaints. Provide technical advice to customers Respond to phone, email, chat, and faxed inquiries regarding 'how to use' DAP products correctly. Advise customer on how to correct the misuse of DAP products. Supply technical data sheets, verbal advice, and safety data sheets to customers. Respond to written, electronic and faxed correspondence regarding technical advice and user dissatisfaction. Provide product use referrals (i.e., specify the correct product for architects, engineers, contractors, and end users). Rotating Saturday on Call Phone Support On-Call phone support. Each TCSR will be included in the standard rotating schedule with the requirement to provide on-call support (remotely) one Saturday each quarter. Saturday assignments will be posted on a quarterly schedule, once published any changes require 24-hour notice and management approval.
Requirements
Educational requirement is High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree. 0-3 years' experience in customer service. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking is essential. Industry experience and product knowledge a plus. Knowledge of SAP system preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in stressful situations. Detail oriented service and mature attitude when dealing with customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for managing Customer Service personnel, providing product knowledge training and overseeing product complaints to ensure positive resolution is obtained. Ensures that staff has all necessary information to provide accurate product information to employees and consumers via various media, verbal and written sources.
Responsibilities
Manage customer service functions
Oversee the timely processing and troubleshooting of orders, invoicing, return goods, credits, and EDI processing.
Manage technical customer service functions
Advise representatives of settlement options. Provide input for resolving complaints litigation.
Manage customer service and product information specialist personnel.
Responsible for hiring, mentoring, motivating and evaluating associates. Conduct staff meetings and develop training programs to enhance efficiency and production levels. Develop and implement procedures on service enhancement. Develop and document processes to improve customer satisfaction. Establish performance metrics.
Interact with all departments
Responsible for interacting with other department to ensure guidelines are followed. Interact and improve process with other departments as needed.
Requirements
Educational requirement is bachelor's degree. At least 5-7 years customer service experience in a call center setting. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, multitasking is essential. Industry experience and product knowledge a plus. Knowledge of SAP system preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in stressful situations. Detail oriented service and mature attitude when dealing with customers. Working knowledge of office software such as: Microsoft, Lotus Notes

Job Summary:
Hands-on, senior-level engineer in Cloud, Virtualization and Windows Server platforms with expert level ability to design, develop and architect solutions for a multibillion-dollar global company. Position responsibilities include the implementation of the organization's application hosting, mass storage and cloud strategy from a technical perspective, including design, planning, integration, maintenance and support. Primary functions also include the implementation of industry best practices, continuous improvement frameworks and recommendations for future optimizations. This senior level technical position must work alongside other support resources and assist in cross-functional troubleshooting and requires strong communication with both technical resources and upper management. Candidates must have a proven track record with SOX compliance, and general IT security best practices.
Responsibilities:
Design, optimize, and implement application hosting solutions in both the cloud and on-premise data centers that meet the demands of the business. Evaluate the current and upcoming infrastructure stack from a security perspective and provide hardening recommendations. Virtualization and Windows optimization & performance Active Directory global consolidations Coordinates and supports information security efforts in computer, virtualization and storage including working with application developers and database administrators to plan and implement application security within application environments, providing guidance on risks and vulnerabilities related to common application protocols, web services security, and end user systems. Scripting and automation of application hosting and storage maintenance Disaster and Site Recovery Take part in life cycle management/ refresh of equipment Systems management and alerting, which may include nonbusiness hours on-call support rotation as needed. Qualifications:
10+ years in engineering role for application hosting for global entities with $3B+ in annual revenue. 10+ years with MS Server and Virtualization platforms (VMWare & MS Hypervisor) 10+ years with mass storage units (HP Storage, IBM storage, etc.) 10+ years with ITIL processes and industry best practices for application hosting BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent education. Excellent oral and written communication Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a timely fashion. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions. Experience with IBM Power Systems and AS400 is a plus. MCSE, Security, ITIL, and/or Azure certifications are a plus. The Sr. Technician, IT Support is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support. Primary functions also include the tracking of leased assets, and the proactive analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future optimizations. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues. Facilitate the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware devices. Utilize and help update knowledge management system pertaining to IT support items. Facilitate in hardware life-cycle management process and asset tracking. Requirements
