The Role
We are looking for Retail Merchandising Team Driver’s (driver with own vehicle) to add to our already successful merchandising team.
This role will require you to carry out the merchandising role as well as oversee the transportation of a small team of merchandisers to and from each shift.
A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts Sunday to Thursday
Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, days and nights (predominately nights). Access to available assignments will be on your smartphone via our Field Power platform where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
You will be required to clock in and out using your smart phone via our RAS Dashboard.
Work will be carried out on different retail customer sites / stores and travel will vary on a shift-by-shift basis.
Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner
You will work as part of a team led by a Team Manager or Store Management
You will be required to carry out the following:
Removing and replacing stock with the use of client plans and systems
Adjusting shelf heights
Moving stock from the warehouse onto the shop floor, with use of roll cages and pallet trucks.
Stock replenishment.
Key Skills/ Experience Required
This role will involve working unsociable hours including night shifts, this therefore means we are unable to hire anyone under the age of 21 years.
This role requires you to have a Full Driving License
You must have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to work long shifts where required.
Previous experience in retail desirable, although training will be provided.

New Product & Design Engineer will have the responsibility for design, development and testing of application of new product concepts for our new technology development and existing products. You will work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D to ensure that the designs meet market needs, cost targets, and production requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work independently to initiate innovative and functional product designs and manage the design projects related to new product development across all Rust-Oleum product categories. Participate in research of internal and external voice of customer meetings, analyze customer needs and insights, and translate them into value-added design solutions. Design, prototype, and test product design to ensure quality, functionality, durability, manufacturability and correlate chemical and physical material to consumer application and use, cost, safety and environmental impact. Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and R&D teams to ensure that the designs meet/exceed market/product needs, cost targets, and production requirements. Identify and select materials and components to meet design objectives. REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in Material and Mechanical Engineering or other related fields. 2 or more years of hands-on experience in new product development and tooling design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical systems with proven track record of successful new product design and development, preferably in durable consumer markets Extensive knowledge of product design, materials selection and manufacturing processes and direct experience working with a broad array of materials, preferably for various wipes of tools and delivery systems for coatings, cleaners and other consumer and industrial products. Excellent working knowledge of Computer Aided Design modelling concepts and software proficient with 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) for 3D part modeling, drawing, and assembly creation of the mechanical components Experience working with tooling manufacturers both domestically and internationally. A passion for design, engineering, problem solving, with critical thinking and creativity. Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team from project concept through commercialization. Core Responsibilities:
Work in partnership with the wider Property & Facilities management team to effectively delivery on the services, providing a united and aligned approach.
Manage the Group room booking system and processes liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders, as and when necessary.
Manage and lead the Front of House (FOH) team in assigned office(s) so that they effectively carry out their duties, training and coaching them in all aspects of the role.
Work with the People Function to lead on any recruitment, induction and training of new FOH colleagues.
Review FOH procedures on an ongoing basis making suggestions for improvement where appropriate and ensuring procedures are documented and up to date.
Manage the client hospitality (including, catering and event requests booking processes); ensuring the FOH team liaise closely with the catering team/catering providers, as well as wider Facilities team and IT colleagues, as required; ensuring that all catering, beverage and event bookings are fulfilled effectively.
Contribute to the regular Group FOH meetings, progressing any action points and cascading information to the FOH team as appropriate.
Ensure the FOH infrastructure is working correctly, liaising with IT and colleagues across the wider Facilities team as required, and escalating where necessary.
