Quality Control Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION Tremco Construction Products Group brings together Tremco CPG Inc.'s Commercial Sealants & Waterproofing and Roofing & Building Maintenance divisions; Tremco Barrier Solutions Inc.; Dryvit, Nudura and Willseal brands; Prebuck LLC; Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.; Weatherproofing Technologies Canada and PureAir Control Services, Inc. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Supervise the quality process to ensure the production environment has what is needed to meet key business/manufacturing metrics which satisfy customer needs and product standards. Key responsibilities include spending time on the production floor, performing quality checks on finished products and raw materials, overseeing manufacturing processes and controls, striving for continuous improvement, and supporting ISO quality systems and compliance. Constructs succession plans to ensure sustainability and continuity of area of responsibility. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee all quality related functions in the plant. Participate in the development of specifications for processing, products, and materials. Perform all required quality tests for raw materials, work in progress, and finished products. Ensure that quality checks are performed at the required frequency and targets, additionally periodically evaluate target levels, and amend as appropriate. Regularly audit products and process to ensure standard work is executed on the floor and in the lab. Ensure that any non-conforming product is properly identified for a decision on disposition by Management. Track, report, and reduce manufacturing waste. Work directly with purchasing personnel on vendor quality or supply issues; assist with vendor selection and qualification. Lead ISO Quality systems. Research into customer complaints including but not limited to engaging in root cause investigation, suggesting corrective action, implementing actions, and providing follow up while following the SAP quality process and maintaining metrics. Manage all lab functions and staff, while assuring the safety and integrity of those operations and employees. Maintain all testing equipment and ensure that it is in proper working order. Organize and maintain related files, logs, and reports. Develop quality standards/test/inspection plan for raw materials and finished products (specification, sample size and frequency) as well as a robust training process. Develop lean and sustainable saving plans and facilitate small K generation and implementation. Lead all product compliance activities to ensure certification. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A High School diploma is required. Bachelor's degree in quality, chemistry, chemical engineering, durable manufacturing or related field is preferred. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 2-4 years' similar experience which includes a moderate to high level of TBS installation products and services Minimum of 3 years' experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality related programs such as lean, ISO, six sigma, etc. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Attain and maintain all related Health and Safety Certifications. OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with manufacturing regulations and reporting methods. Knowledge of the production process and team interactions. Analytical acumen for compiling and analyzing data. Ability to plan, organize, follow through and prioritize. Ability to interact with all levels within an organization. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Quality and safety oriented, attention to detail. Training in quality programs (lean, ISO, Six Sigma). PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs. Education Coordinator

Integra Education are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teacher/SENCO to oversee and coordinate the education provision for two young people aged between 15 and 18 who are currently being educated under an EHCP - Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) package. We are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of autism and can provide empathetic, consistent, and flexible support in line with neuroaffirming practices. This is an in-person role based primarily in our local office space, with occasional travel required to alternative education sites, community settings, and the family home. You will oversee and coordinate a small team of education professionals (tutors, key workers, and teaching assistants) delivering support to the young people. Delivery Schedule: 5 days a week (9am-5:30pm) Term Time Only. We welcome interest from professionals available part-time who are open to working alongside another worker to deliver this provision collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the delivery of provision by the support team. Provide feedback and day-to-day guidance, in collaboration with the Provision Coordinator who retains overall responsibility. Ensure each young person's provision is aligned with their EHCP and reflects their academic, social, and emotional needs. Oversee and coordinate a small team of education professionals (lead tutors, key workers, and teaching assistants) delivering support to the young people Monitor and quality-assure the educational delivery and outcomes of EOTAS packages. Ensure risk assessments are up to date, effective, and consistently applied by all professionals delivering the provision. Act as the on-site safeguarding lead and health & safety coordinator ensuring safe practices are embedded across all settings. Support tutors and assistants to identify and mitigate risks, including those related to environment, behaviour, and health conditions. Contribute to regular multi-disciplinary team meetings and to statutory annual reviews. Offer regular professional guidance to the support team and contribute to reflective practice and skill development. Work closely with the family and external partners to ensure consistency and best practice. Contribute to strategic planning and reporting for the service. You’ll work closely with our external IT support company and be comfortable handling basic IT troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate can take initiative and communicate clearly to get the right help when needed. Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are rigorously implemented. Essential Criteria: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO) or is due to complete the new National Professional Qualification (NPQ) for SENCOs Substantial experience working with children and young people with SEND, ideally in both mainstream and alternative settings at secondary level. Applicants must have previous experience working with autistic individuals, ideally in an educational or therapeutic context. A good understanding of dyslexia and a commitment to inclusive, learner-centred practice are central to this role. Proven experience leading or coordinating educational provision for children with complex needs, including EHCPs Strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and the legal framework for EOTAS Demonstrable experience coordinating or guiding a team of education professionals in a non-school or alternative provision context Proven ability to lead on risk assessment, safeguarding practice, and health & safety compliance across multiple delivery sites Excellent communication, coordination, organisation and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities Desirable Criteria: Strong understanding of Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) and experience supporting individuals with high demand avoidance profiles. Marine Assurance Officer

As a Marine Assurance Officer at Fugro, you will serve as an independent advisor and coach to both the Company and its vessels on matters related to QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) and marine operations. You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with the Company’s internal standards, as well as verifying that all vessels adhere to applicable international regulations and industry best practices. Within Fugro the Marine Assurance Officer is reporting both to the Regional Fleet Manager (Functional) and the Global QHSSE Manager (Hierarchical). You will closely collaborate with the vessels assigned and the relevant departments in the organization, e.g. Crewing, management, fleet development etc. You will support the teams and ensure full compliance with Class-, Flag and QHSSE standards and requirements. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, based on a 37.5-hour work week. The role follows a hybrid working model, with three days in the office and two days working from home.
