We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Assistant Bakery Manager to support the smooth running of our bustling Milton Keynes location. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to lead a team, ensure exceptional product quality, and deliver top-notch customer service. Key Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily bakery operations
Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
Support with staff training, development, and team motivation
Help manage stock control, ordering, and product display
Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards
Step in to manage the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager
Contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining high store performance
