Training:In your first year, you’ll be based (live in) in Coventry full-time, attending training Monday – Friday onsite at our partner MGTS, where you’ll develop core technical skills in a hands-on, workshop-based environment.
From year two through to the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll spend the majority of your time back at your assigned site, applying what you've learnt in real-world settings alongside experienced engineers. You’ll also return to MGTS periodically for further training and assessments as part of your qualification.
