Minimising internal and external scrap.
Pursing development and methodology of parameters to produce high quality castings.
Design Modifications needed to enhance, quality, reduce lead time, tooling and manufacturing costs.
Calibrate simulation software and measurement tools.
Working to KPIs - 'Right first time.'
Enhance and support the operation of simulation software.
Maintain quality control systems according to company standards.
Reduce cost of manufacturing and eliminate reworks.
Mentor employees.
Qualification/experience:
NPI experience.
Experience working with castings.
Previous quality control experience.
