Both wards specialize in treating patients with physical and cognitive impairments resulting from acquired or traumatic brain injuries.

Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, executing, and adapting safe, innovative, evidence-based treatments rooted in the principles of neuroplasticity and motor re-learning.
Strategizing and managing a diverse clinical caseload with precision and priority.
Collaborating with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) in diagnosing, formulating problems, and devising rehabilitation plans.
Serving as a Key Worker/Named Therapist to actively coordinate and oversee the therapeutic regimen to achieve agreed rehabilitation objectives.
Playing a pivotal role in crafting secure discharge plans.
Assessing and supplying necessary equipment to support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Delivering interventions as part of an MDT strategy and contributing to MDT service enhancements.
Maintaining meticulous records and clinical documentation in adherence to company protocols and RCOT guidelines.
Facilitating effective and timely communication across all levels, including patients, families, the MDT, and external entities.
Contributing to the in-service education and training initiatives for the broader MDT.
Providing guidance and supervision to junior staff, including assistants and students.
Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals from harm while upholding their human rights.
Qualifications & Training Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Demonstrated commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Previous experience in Neurorehabilitation and post-acute Brain Injury care

Assist in providing technical support for Dryvit product line, making technically accurate recommendations to internal and external product line/application inquiries from Sales Department, architects, engineers, contractors, specifiers, etc. Answer Dryvit Mailbox /HubSpot inquiries. Acquire a general understanding and ability to communicate results of Project Testing methods/techniques - ASTM C794 (Tab Adhesion-and-Peel), ASTM C1193 (Tab Adhesion), ASTM C1248 (Stain) and ASTM C1087 (Compatibility). Assist with making technically accurate recommendations to internal and external product line/application inquiries from Sales Department, architects, engineers, contractors, specifiers, etc. Develop the various cross-functional skill sets of individuals on your team within the Technical Services Department. Maintain and update Dryvit departmental manual. Speak/write proficiently with respect to product usage, competitive product analysis, the Tremco website, product specification, product repairs and problems. EDUCATION

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Maintenance Supervisor has the direct responsibility for leadership of the maintenance department as well as maintaining and upgrading the site facilities and production equipment. In addition, this position is responsible for the management of the Preventative/Predictive Maintenance Program.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and direct maintenance projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration and implementation of technical activities. Support the HS&E, Quality and Service, and Productivity/Cost sections of the facility plan as defined by scorecard activities. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment. Manage the Preventative/Predictive Maintenance Program to ensure it reduces downtime and improves overall reliability of production and production supporting machinery. Develop KPI's to track Maintenance performance. Support capital project requirements for review and submission to management including costs, schedule, and procedures. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes consistent with Management of Change (MOC) procedures. Analyze annual utility expenditures and develop plan to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Perform administrative functions such as reviewing and writing reports, approving expenditures and making decisions about the purchase of materials or services. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and work with the maintenance crew to implement the needed preventative measures. Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity in hiring and promotion decisions. Effectively and efficiently onboard new employees. Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide ongoing performance feedback, maintaining clear and timely documentation. Coach and manage employees using CS&W philosophy and tools to ensure talent is developed and retained. Apply Tremco policies and adheres to processes to ensure compliance and organizational best practices. Run Tier 1 and attend Tier 2 meetings with relevant Maintenance updates and actions.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Various trade certifications i.e. electrical, pipefitter, etc. preferred. EXPERIENCE: Four to seven years related experience and/or training A minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with plant safety practices, chemical processes, equipment maintenance, statistical applications, and equipment operations are also required. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment repairs. PLC experience is a plus.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Indicate if required or preferred. Knowledge of the practical application of sound engineering and chemical plant practices. This includes applying engineering principles and techniques to process design for the production of products and intermediates. Knowledge of arithmetic, statistical methods, "Lean" concepts, ISO procedures, and their applications. Ability to apply Excel, Word, and SAP applications to daily job responsibilities with an emphasis on system driven solutions.

Participer à la gestion de la paie et des déclarations sociales en lien avec notre cabinet d'expertise comptable
De Formation comptable, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative acquise (minimum 2 ans), idéalement en cabinet d’expertise comptable. Autonome, vous êtes rigoureux, organisé(e) et dynamique. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques standards (Excel, Word) et disposez d’une appétence pour les outils informatique. Les connaissances de SAGE (100 C, Moyen de paiement, Sage Direct) et Silae (logiciel de paie) seraient appréciées.

This person will be responsible for maintaining, gaining and growing Carboline's specification presence within their assigned region. The targeted customer base will include engineer's architects, consultants and select owners. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or Technical Discipline (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of sales or business development experience targeting engineers, architects and consultants Prior experience working in the industrial paint/coatings industry is preferred This position requires minimal physical activity. May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion. May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day. May require travel by car up to 40%, including nighttime.
Essential Functions:
Develops and manages key projects: Scope Specification Contract Chain Timing Develop project strategy to give Carboline the highest chance of success Coordinate internal communications between sales organization, Business Development, Marketing and Project Development • Work with major EPC's, engineers, architects, and other specifying clients to ensure Carboline is listed on master/house specifications Develop and manage identified target projects through to project sale Manage district using Carboline SFA communication tool/spec/quotes/target accounts/budgets. Monitor specification activity to assure specs are being input into SFA and quantity goals are being met. Develop annual specification plans to assure continued sales growth within the region and specified markets. Develop long-term strategic plans for assigned customers and markets (3 -5 years). Maintain personal contact as required with major specifying/influencing accounts within assigned area. Investigate and analyze market trends and competitors' positions in the market. Coordinate specification and project activity with other Regions to assure assigned Markets are covered nationwide. Communicate with and use all corporate resources (financial, marketing, technical, R & D, Administrative) to achieve regional goals. Maintain involvement with various professional societies within assigned markets.

The role
Fugro are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to be based at our waterfront office at Portchester, Hampshire. The department specialises in offshore geophysical seabed and sub-seabed surveying for the renewables, unexploded ordnance (UXO), nearshore and utilities sectors across north-west Europe. As a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems within the Geophysical Department. The role will include mobilising and commissioning the systems onto survey vessels and supporting ongoing operations of the equipment. Tasks will include managing LOLER and calibration schedules of equipment, keeping repair logs, troubleshooting, repair and maintaining geophysical equipment on site and in the workshop as well as travelling to vessels to install, maintain and repair equipment. Supporting offshore staff remotely to assist with repairs. Communicating with suppliers and test centres to organise spares, repairs and testing. Managing associated administrative tasks.
Who we’re looking for:
Essential
5+ GCSEs and 2+ A-levels or equivalent level qualification.
Mechanical and/or Electrical skills and knowledge.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills along with the ability to fault find, test, repair and interrogate geophysical systems.
Able to work flexible hours and to travel when required.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of English language, verbal and written.
Proficient in use of MS Office applications.
Desirable
Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic winch motors and motor control systems.
Working knowledge of, and ability to work to marine mechanical standards.
Able to design and modify mechanical and hydraulic systems, documents and schematics using CAD.
Be willing to go to sea for short durations.
