We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join the busy Day Procedure Ward team within the major Health facility on the beautiful Island of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.The Unit comprises; a 19 bedded ward area with additional seated waiting areas for ambulatory patients, a minor operation/procedure room with a two-bedded post anaesthetic recovery unit and an Endoscopy Suite.Patients attend the unit for a variety of surgical, dental, interventional radiological and other diagnostic procedures including endoscopy.Ideally you will have some acute surgical experience and any additional experience in Endoscopy, Theatre scrub or Recovery would be an advantage - however, this role also offers opportunity to gain knowledge and skills.
