We are working with a Main dealership in the area who are looking for an experienced Master Technician to join their busy Service Department.
- Hours: full time flexible, 40 hours per week, with weekends on a rota basis OR shift patterns
- Basic plus OTE up to £60,000
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Key Master Technician Roles and Responsibilities:
- As Master Technician you will undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
- Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards
- To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are always met
Minimum Master Technician Requirements:
- Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
- Have at least 2 years experience after a qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic (or similar)
- Must have a Driving License
- Take responsibility for the quality and quantity of their work

My client is looking for a Vehicle Technician to Join their team at a main dealer in Morpeth.
They are offering a basic salary between £29,200 and £38,600 depending on skills and experience as a Vehicle Technician. This is based on a 42 hour working week of Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.
They are also offering a £1000 sign on bonus after month 1 of employment and a retention bonus of £1000 after month 13.
