Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions and safety rules. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting with the collection, management, and analysis of student data to ensure that our school delivers high-quality educational outcomes for all students.
Assist in the accurate and timely input of student data into school management systems
Ensure data records are regularly updated and maintained in line with school policies and procedures
Any other ad-hoc data related work in exams such as exam entries, creating exam timetables on MIS, creating seating plans and labels
Support the creation of regular and ad-hoc data reports for staff, leadership, and external agencies

Assist with the preparation and management of student data for the transition from one academic year to the next

Support with the preparation of new student data for enrolment, including processing information for Year 7 intake or any other new students joining the school
