What will you be doing?
As a Technical Superintendent you will be working within a dynamic team responsible for the safe and economic operation of a fleet of Dual Fuel vessels.
Duties:
Oversee vessel performance
Responsible for the technical and operational condition of vessels.
Provide subject matter expertise and support to your vessels, crews and colleagues
You will ensure vessels are fully certified according to international maritime legislative requirements, Flag State administrations and Classification Societies
Manage all phases of the dry-docking process from initial planning to completion.

The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for maintaining, supporting and troubleshooting desktop, laptop, RF handhelds, and mobile devices, as well as providing end user support. Primary functions also include the management and analysis of currently deployed technology and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations.
Responsibilities
End User Activity
Evaluate incoming tickets to identify patterns, analyze current toolset and gather end-user requirements to provide recommendations for optimization. Manage incoming support tickets from end users, including documenting details, providing troubleshooting steps and resolution. Install, maintain and support end user software.
End Point Activity
Manage the end point lifecycle process and make recommendations for optimization. Lead efforts, and provide guidance on, defining the future end point strategy. Manage the configuration of new end points (laptop, desktop, RF). Manage End Point vendor relationships.
General IT Duties
Maintain a working relationship with people of varying personalities. Participate in monthly maintenance downtime as needed. Participate in on-call support rotation. Assist with other facets of IT Infrastructure operations as needed.
Requirements
Associate degree or specialty technical training required. 1 to 2 years of experience with imaging, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. 1 to 2 years of technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS operating systems. 1 to 2 years of experience with troubleshooting the Microsoft Office suite of applications. Knowledge of TCP/IP principals, including DNS and DHCP Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline. Problem solver will need to analyze cause and effect relationships as they relate to IT Operations. Ability to successfully manage relationships with people that have varying personalities. Ability to identify business and IT technical requirements. Ability to support cross-team collaboration to ensure your focus area integrates with the overall solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to meet or exceed the organization's product learning objectives. Build training initiatives and opportunities that improve the customer's learning experience and positively impact revenue and sales growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop new training opportunities and enhance existing programs. Create, conduct, and deliver technical training programs and workshops in English and Spanish. Address issues or complaints from customers or staff in a timely manner, providing bilingual support when needed. Promote the training center to attract new customers and partnerships, using bilingual capabilities to reach a wider audience. Assist in the preparation of business plans that support the operation of the center and budgetary guidelines. Assist in the hiring, training and evaluating of staff to ensure outstanding value added support and service to our customers. Provide support for the day-to-day operational activities of the training center, acting as the onsite decision-maker for expense approvals, logistics questions, facility concerns, or escalated issues that may include but not be limited to staffing, facilities, scheduling, vendor/supplier coordination, etc. Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Spanish, Engineering or a related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
Proven experience as a Technical Trainer in the construction or related field. Minimum of 4 years' experience in translating, implementing, and delivering adult learning content and programs in both English and Spanish
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in English and Spanish. Proven track record of implementing effective learning and development methods. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities.
