working with client to develop projects from inception including developing briefs and business cases.
experience of direct staff management as well as multi-disciplinary appointed design teams to deliver design, tender and contract administration of the construction projects.
provide technical support to our internal client departments acting as a critical friend.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require a construction related degree.

Experience of contract management
Managing multi disciplinary design team relationships
JCT/NEC forms of contract is essential
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £450 per day Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
