An Assistant Superintendent with Stonhard is responsible for site supervision and installation of Stonhard products on projects within an assigned territory. BS Construction Management or BS Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) and 1-2 years related experience in industrial or commercial construction/project management. My well-established client in the private healthcare sector is currently seeking a facilities/building services maintenance engineer to join their onsite team at their site in Solihull. As part of an experienced team, your role will be to complete reactive maintenance around the site this can be changing light sockets/fittings, plumbing, building fabric repairs etc, working to high standards whilst being mindful of where you are working
The Role - Facilities Maintenance Engineer
- Working to complete mechanical or electrical planned or reactive maintenance tasks around the facility
- Working to the highest standard of Health & Safety
- Maintain the fabric and plumbing systems for the buildings
- Be able to work with the operations teams to ensure minimal disruption to the day to day running of the facility
- Doing building plant checks on varying equipment including HVAC systems, Boilers, water treatment plants etc
- Working on initiative and to be able to prioritise the workload as new tasks join the job lists
The Candidate -
- Must have experience within a Building Services or Facilities maintenance position
- Experience performing general building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical maintenance on infrastructure
- Must hold an apprenticeship or qualification in Mechanical Engineering or building services equivalent
- Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential
- Be a great communicator with a strong work ethic

Strong Business Partner for IT internal and Internal Customers. Highly involved to communicate and to Align to the internal Master Data Governance. Notes on how to avoid master Data conflicts. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,000 and $89,000. Stages and prepares all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making area and proper storage of batch area inventories. Communicates low levels of raw materials to the Plant Supervisor. Develops a thorough knowledge of raw material storage tanks, valving and piping, their contents, actuation and directions of flow. Maintains a good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be capable of logical structuring of the batch making process, particularly optimization of mixer usage and efficiency. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunction, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and material shortages immediately to the Production Supervisor. Acknowledges and understands the hazards and safety precautions required for working with inorganic metal-based powdered pigments and modifies work and hygiene practices accordingly.

Duties/Responsibilities, Core knowledge:
Lead Technician performing roof patch and repair as necessary and determined by the Quality Assurance Group on Tremco Incorporated roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, Single Ply, Fluid Applied, etc.). Estimate material and labor quantities for roof patch and repair. Work with local WTI Field Representatives and/or Supervisors as required or necessary. Provide accurate and timely documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters. Demonstrate working knowledge of all services provided. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the QA Assurance Group.
Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Prior roofing experience including patch and repair skills Knowledge and ability to use basic tools associated with commercial roofing Knowledge and experience monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Safety training and OSHA knowledge with a commitment to safety at all times Understanding and ability to manage expenses Planning and organizational skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Work independently, as well as in a team environment, to solve problems and delegate assignments Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft) and carry basic hand tools, equipment and/or material up to approx. 100 lbs. over long distances Capable of walking along roof top edges (no fear of heights, good balance, etc.) Ability to handle prolonged exposure to outside weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.) Ability to travel out of town including overnight travel Must have transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to work weekends and/or holidays if needed Ability to pass pre-employment drug test Ability to read, write and speak English The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33.
