The Role
The administration and processing of aftermarket products returned as warranty goods, maintaining databases, and liaising with claimants and suppliers.
With further training this role will progress to include the inspection of warranty products.
The efficient, courteous, and timely handling of queries received by telephone, email, letter or in person products and their application.
Create and control product bulletins in a timely manner.
Maintain and update various logs and prepare reports for management as required.
The Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have experience in warranty role, alternatively a customer service role where technical information is communicated to customers.
Automotive aftermarket experience is preferred, although an interest in cars is also relevant for this position.
Previous experience of using SAP is beneficial for this role.
The ability to provide first class communication to customers and colleagues is essential.

Essential Skills/Experience:
1-3 years of experience in a related role within an investment firm is desireable.
Evidence of financial and investment understanding and knowledge e.g. understanding of products and strategies, client service experience or investment consultancy.
Degree educated or significant experience within investment industry, or appetite to study.
Strong written English skills and ability to interpret and tailor text appropriately.
Possess the skill and technical knowledge to interpret data and requirements.
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task.
Excel, Word and PowerPoint - advanced proficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
Assist the team with the accurate and effective production of RFPs, consultant databases and related documents.
Assist with the creation of RFPs and other questionnaires that create a favourable first impression with clients, consultants and prospects.
Assist with responses to questionnaires on all topics related to sustainability.
Have a working knowledge of approach to sustainability to enable effective responses to related questionnaires.
Gather data, collate supporting material, edit text, all within required deadlines.
Communicate effectively with all areas of the firm.
Review data to ensure accuracy.
Assist with the maintenance of master text and in the appropriate and efficient distribution of that text, quarterly.
Ensure that procedures are followed and met in regard to approvals and audit requirements.
Undertake project work as required.

Our client, one the UK’s leading pensions investment consultancies, is looking for an Administration Consulting Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will support the delivery and implementation of value-adding pensions administration projects to all of their existing and new clients.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Educated to degree level or has relevant equivalent experience.
APMI or working towards this.
Comprehensive experience working in pensions operations and administration in the UK.
Detailed and up to date knowledge of legislation relating to both DB and DC pension arrangements.
Experience of data cleanse and rectification exercises plus undertaking complex calculations.
Strong analytical skills (essential).
Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience of managing projects to deadlines, high quality standards, scope and cost.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated in the ability to engage with clients, colleagues and peers successfully across different functions and levels within the organisation nationally
Able to effectively present and communicate complex findings and make recommendations to scheme trustees and non-technical audiences
Core Responsibilities:
Works closely with pensions administration client teams nationally to analyse requirements, help to determine the scope of a project and assist with its successful delivery, in line with the client’s expectations.
Delivers assigned pensions administration related services and projects to a portfolio of TPA client projects.
Acts as a point of reference on non-standard project cases.
Supports new business activities to acquire new project and bespoke client admin work, as appropriate
Completes all tasks in accordance with project plan timescales.
Committed to continuous improvements in the delivery of work.
Monitors time spent to ensure profitability of assignments.
Adheres and contributes to the professional standards and quality systems of the firm e.g. peer review process, model quality and other best practice notes, advice and practice frameworks.
Adheres to the firm’s Information Security standards, policies and procedures.
Responsible for drafting and reviewing project reports and presenting results and recommendations to colleagues or directly to clients.
