About you
You will have an empathic understanding of the nature of the foster Parent task, and an ability to communicate effectively with Foster Parents, young people, social work colleagues within the agency and local authority colleagues.
You must also have proven skills of communication with traumatised children and young people in the care system.

The Role of the Area Business Manager:
To sell the range of Vascular Access products - (IV, Extension Sets & Accessories, Needle Free & Blood Collection Systems).
Selling specifically into A&E, Theatres, Maternity, CT and Pathology departments.
To work with other sales specialists when agreed with the Manager, and support with training on specific products.
Meets and exceeds financial and non-financial targets.
Analyse the marketplace, develop an effective territory/account sales strategy, and present the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation.

Lead the administration and management of Asbestos Surveying and Asbestos Removal contracts, along with any other small compliance-related contracts.
