What will you be doing?
Scope prospective client needs and frame technical solutions during sales processes

WTI Foreman is responsible for the oversite and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. As the clear and established leader of the WTI crew, the WTI Foreman is focused on safety, crew management, and efficient execution of all WTI Projects assigned within their respective region. It is the responsibility of the WTI Foreman Technician to deliver timely service to all our WTI customers.

Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI Crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit it to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss the scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrives, upon arrival, and after the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project and crew updates, etc Efficient project management will include managing team start and end times and production rates and ensuring tools and materials are available to safely and efficiently complete the assigned project. Complete the project per the scope of work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end-of-day and/or end-of-project walk-through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site. The Role

The Senior Planning Officer is a key member of the County Council’s Planning Development Management service. As a Charge Nurse your key duties include:

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Experienced in quality and clinical governance programmes, including audit and care services

Able to maintain accurate documentation and resident records whilst incorporating the use of modern technology
Confident in overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
Able to support, guide, teach and mentor others in line with the NMC Code, following its guidance at all times
Passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families
A glass half full person, with a sense of humour and a positive outlook
The successful Charge Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £19.90 per hour and the annual salary up to £45,531.20 per annum. Educated to minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.Proven experience in an engineering role within a manufacturing environment.Experience using a CMMS TPM system.Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative in a fast-paced, challenging environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organisation.Must be a driven individual with a hunger to learn.The ability to understand and amend engineering drawings and diagrams.A working knowledge of variable speed drives, inverters, and PLC’s.
