As a Nurse your key duties include:
Monitoring standards of care delivered to our residents
Ensuring all Night staff on your shift contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Home
Ensuring resident needs are being met by interacting with them, resolving any problems where appropriate
Reporting any ill-health amongst residents and making requests for GP/Professional visits when needed
Preparing, updating and evaluating Resident Care Plans

Administering prescribed medication and maintaining the necessary records as per Company guidelines
Supporting the Registered Manager with auditing Care Plan documentation to ensure best practice
Advising the Registered Manager of any incidents/accidents
Ensuring there is a clear and concise handover at every shift
Complete supervisions and appraisals to ensure best practice is adhered to
Assist the Registered Manager with the responses to Provider audits in a timely manner

This will involve; samples for assessment to include first samples, pre-shipment samples and stock samples tested and assessed following departmental procedures.
You will also be assessing returned products and establishing the reason for failure and will become familiar with UK & EU standards and legislation.
As a result, you will contribute towards the development of successful products by aiding the designers and engineers in the development stage through test reports, design input and root cause analysis of issues identified.
Ideally applicants will have previous experience of working in a test facility (either in-house or an external test house) or have hands-on experience of completing the QA testing procedure.

We are seeking Senior Hydrographic Surveyors who will be responsible for remotely collecting hydrographic data and providing survey support to the USVs on a range of subsea inspection, geophysical and hydrographic projects.
You will work in a range of markets and provide survey support to a range of projects (including geophysical site surveys, ROV, offshore renewables, pipeline and platform inspection and nautical charting).
The role will involve time predominantly at our Remote Operations Centre in Aberdeen, but opportunity will also be given to those who want to travel and support project mobilisations, equipment installation, equipment calibrations and equipment maintenance.
You will operate all required survey & positioning equipment, ensuring geodetic parameters, offsets, rotations and other settings are managed correctly as well as monitoring and ensuring vessel situational awareness systems are maintained and available.
As a senior you may also be required to act as a shift leader making operational decisions, mentoring junior surveyors, and liaising with data processors and clients to ensure the successful execution of the project.

Summary:
The Strategic Project Manager is responsible for the broad set of activities required to drive and complete strategic product development and launch initiatives for their assigned product line(s). This position manages small and medium strategic initiatives which are part of the product platform's 5-year strategic plan coordinating across functions and ensuring timely and successful completion of projects. The Strategic Project Manager is an integral part of the larger Product Management team and reports to the Director of Project Management.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategic projects to support the growth and profitability of Rust-Oleum with goal to deliver 10%+ CAGR or 3X market pace for assigned product. Manage and execute small and medium strategic projects envisaged in the 3-5 year strategic platform plan including inorganic portfolio expansion. Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met alongside Product and Marketing teams. Build partnerships and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, and Marketing to ensure timely execution of projects. Own the Stage Gate new product development process focused on bringing innovative products to the market in a timely manner. Track project costs in order to meet budget and evaluate the changes in ROI due to changes in project scope or timeline. Communicate project timelines, issues, and results in an effective manner. Adjust priorities on an ad hoc basis as external clients require changes. Understand regulatory requirements/legislation impacting project delivery and recommends controls and/or practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. 8+ years of relevant work experience; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification not required but a plus Strong interpersonal skills, organizational impact, and ability to manage projects and mentor people while promoting Rust-Oleum's culture. Strong decision making and prioritization skills, especially when multiple trade-offs are involved, and faster decisions are required. High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, time-management, organizational, communication and reasoning skills. Must be able to create effective solutions while maintaining positive relationship. Motivated self-starter who maintains a friendly, courteous, and compassionate demeanor at all times while showing understanding for pain points of stakeholders.

The Continuous Improvement Leader will lead continuous improvement efforts at the manufacturing plant level. They will work with plant management and personnel to maintain and improve the MS168 Continuous Improvement program. They will also work with the manufacturing plants and various corporate functions to determine where the most significant areas of improvement exist. Complete Six Sigma projects and provide support for plant level Six Sigma Projects. In addition, they will organize and execute focused Improvement Teams (like Kaizen Events).
Responsibilities
Implement, develop, and sustain MS168 Continuous Improvement Program. (Including Conducting Semi-Annual Audits) Complete Six Sigma projects and provide support for plant level Six Sigma projects. Work with the manufacturing plants and various corporate functions to determine where the most significant areas of improvement exist and develop projects from those opportunities. Organize and execute and track progress of Focused Improvement Teams Provide a Supportive Project Management Office including MPST & Monthly Savings tracking and reporting. Provide Training of Lean Manufacturing Principals and Six Sigma Tools to Plant and Corporate Associates Track Company Key Performance Indicators and develop action plans for identified areas of opportunity.
Requirements
5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. 50% of the role is on floor and 50% in office. Should be willing to work with hourly associates and staff directly. Should be willing to work on the floor, roll up their sleeves and be a part of the team. Engineering or Chemistry degree is preferred but not mandatory with good significant manufacturing experience, use of lean principles in daily work. Six Sigma Black Beltpreferred. Sealant, Adhesive, Coating or Paint industry experience preferred. Able to travel 50%. Technical Expertise: Strong root cause analysis skills. Experience with processes such as TapRooT, Kepner Tregoe or equivalent is preferable. Demonstrated use of analytical analysis: statistical process control, process capability analysis, correlation, ANOVA, DOE preferable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Preferable proficiency in ERP Systems (SAP, Business Objects, etc.) and Statistical Analysis Software (Minitab, etc.) Knowledge of and demonstrated use of Lean Manufacturing tools. Leadership Skills: Must be self-motivated. Ability to motivate others. Ability to endorse and practice teamwork. Project Management Skills Project management experience required. Must be organized and committed to meeting deadlines. Possesses the skill to lead multiple improvement projects at the same time. Communication Skills: Able to speak, listen, and write well. Effective presenter, facilitator, and trainer. Proficiency in creating effective reports.
