The Role - Shopfloor Team Leader :
- Supervising a small team
- Overlooking Health & Safety, carrying out risk assessments
- Quality checking parts using various hand tools
- Supervising assembly procedures, as well as working on an assembly line
- Working independently and as part of a team
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Fabrication Team Leader:
- Previous team leader experience desirable
- Background in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication
- Able to quality check own parts
- Able to carry out Risk Assessments
- Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
- Motivated and excellent team player

Proficiency in IT, with a quick ability to learn new systems and software.
