To work within our Early Years Team, supporting the planning and implementation of activities with individual or groups of children; promoting effective teaching and learning

To be responsible for organising the environment inside and outside to ensure that resources and equipment are available and appropriate to meet the needs of the individual children in the group. These activities will take into account children’s abilities interests, language and cultural backgrounds
To meet the physical needs of children, encouraging good standards of personal hygiene, whilst promoting independence
To provide support for the children’s emotional and social needs by implementing the principles of the nursery Behaviour Policy and role modelling high standards in all aspects of their role and personal conduct
To encourage children to interact and work co-operatively with others
To be responsible for the planning, development and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage in order to meet all learning interests and needs of children, extending them where necessary. To contribute to the review and further development of the Early Years Foundation Stage in the nursery
To support the senior leadership team to monitor and evaluate children's learning through a range of assessment and monitoring strategies
To provide objective and accurate feedback and reports for parents and other professionals on children’s achievements, progress and related matters
To develop positive and sensitive relationships with parents and carers to support their role in children's learning. To provide constructive feedback on children’s progress/achievement, on a day-to-day basis or through parent meetings
To be proactive in the continuation of your own learning to improve the outcomes for children and their families
To have a clear knowledge of and adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
To comply and assist with the development of policies and procedures
To attend meetings as required and participate in training opportunities and performance development
To be accountable for the delivery of the above responsibilities and tasks
To undertake any duties set to you by the SLT that will assist in the day-to-day running of the nursery
Training:Training will be at Doncaster College where you will access a wide range of facilities on offer.

You will undertake the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard
Early years educator / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education
First aid qualification
You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or maths if needed

We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Store Manager for our shop in Weston-super-Mare. We offer a permanent full-time (45 hours per week) position working a variety of shifts, 5 days from 7 each week.
What does the training involve?
Initial training period working alongside an experienced shop manager and developing your practical skills in retail management
A period of running your shop with high support from your Area Manager

Support pupil’s learning in the nursery, including working with individuals, groups, whole classes using knowledge, experience, specialist skills and training
Provide pastoral support to pupils within the school environment
Assist children with personal care. e.g., changing nappies, toilet training etc.
Assist children in matters of personal needs and their general health including first aid and welfare matters
Provide structured support in accordance with specific work programmes designed and supervised by individual teachers/EYFS Leaders
To contribute to raising standards by ensuring high expectations are promoted for pupils
Involvement in the implementation of individual/education/behaviour/support/mentoring plans
Provide general support to pupils, ensuring their safety, by complying with good H&S practice
Accompany teaching staff and pupils on visits, trips and out-of-school activities as required

· Providing first line support on all core systems related issues via all the Service Desk’s contact methods.
· Ensuring all contact with users is recorded accurately in the IT Service Management tool.
· Identifying trends within recent and ongoing issues by monitoring incoming incident records and collaborating with colleagues.
· ; Utilising skills, experience, and documented knowledge to provide solutions to users for the majority of reported issues.
· Accurately triage more complex or time-consuming issues to other CSOT support teams, by building a thorough understanding of our services and support teams.
· Developing a broad understanding of the University’s organisational structure, business functions, strategic aims, and key stakeholders to accurately assess the impact of issues.
· Participating in ITIL-based Incident and Problem Management in line with documented processes.
· Occasionally carrying out remote desktop support to resolve minor issues.
· Ensuring that technical solutions are documented within the IT Service Management tool for future reference.
· Being an advocate for our users and escalate whenever CSOT support is falling below expected levels, to ensure issues are resolved in acceptable timescales and excellent customer service is delivered.
· Contributing to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, ensuring documentation is easy to follow, written in Plain English and tailored to the correct audience.
· Any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your position within CSOT or to help deliver excellent customer service.
