Leading on data framework communications and associated plans.
Working with internal audit, second line defence and vendors to ensure controls are sufficient and action plan deadlines are implemented successfully.

The Company

The Opportunity
This role will be responsible for end-to-end event management across the business unit. Reporting into a supportive Senior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the group’s calendar of event activities in line with business strategy.
Key Accountabilities
Be responsible for end to end event management, from managing the activity map for all events, promotional merchandise, organising of venues, speakers, stakeholders, attendees and logistics and the managing of overall event budgets
Develop and maintain all event process documentation for end to end event management
Develop and execute conference, event and sponsorship deliverables
Manage the development of content required for event communications
Engage with and manage internal and external stakeholders of all levels in a proactive manner to ensure optimal engagement of all activities
Some domestic travel involved – Mel/Bris
To be successful in this role you will have
Extensive events management experience in the financial services or a regulated/corporate environment
Proven ability and experience to manage senior stakeholders

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this 6-month contract role will be responsible for the production and delivery of the direct and digital marketing and communications efforts of the business, owning the end-to-end marketing and delivery of communications and implementing the marketing initiatives to support growing the brand and retaining existing business.
Key accountabilities
Manage the website and maintain the business’ social media presence, working with the global team to deliver content and campaigns.
Campaign management, making recommendations to improving campaign metrics and deliver integrated analytics across all marketing channels.
Facilitate the execution of the business’ advertising strategy, managing the media schedule, creating and updating content and reporting on analytics.
Event management of conferences and industry events, looking at agenda topic, speaker briefing, attendance and engagement and post event performance and metrics.
