Key responsibilities for this Vehicle Technician role in Leamington Spa are:
Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to manufacturers scheduled times to maintain efficiency
Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards
Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety
Be able to liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner
To be aware of the importance and implication of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and work to ensure they are met at all times
Minimum requirements for this Vehicle Technician role in Leamington Spa are:
Qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent)
Have at least 2 years experience after qualifying period, of working in a Dealership as a Technician (or similar)
Excellent customer service skills
Good technical knowledge
Must have a Driving License
The ability to work without supervision

As a Doctor your key responsibilities include:
Work alongside a Consultant Psychiatrist covering the 16 bed acute service or the 10 bed male PICU ward

Attending ward reviews and reviewing the mental and physical health of patients throughout admission and at appropriate intervals
Each patient is reviewed in a weekly multi-disciplinary setting
You will support the Consultant and MDT with assessment, appropriate investigation, diagnosis and treatment of patients
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Knowledge of the Mental Health Act 1983 (2007) and Code of Practice along with Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Code of Capacity
The ability to interview, assess and write clear and comprehensive medical notes

My well-established client in the private healthcare sector is currently seeking a Facilities engineer to join their team. As the facilities maintenance engineer, your role will be to maintain the building services, building fabric and all equipment in a cost-effective manner, ensuring compliance with all current national legislation. To maintain a safe environment for all staff, patients and visitors. You will undertake maintenance/testing of plant/equipment, ensuring compliance.
This role is commutable from Solihull, Royal Leamington Spa, Coventry and Birmingham, with close links to the M42.
The Role
- Working as part of the Engineering team you will be responsible for providing planned and preventative maintenance, as well as reactive maintenance for all equipment, grounds and fabric within the hospital.
- You will analyse faulty equipment through to onsite repairs and liaise closely with specialist contractors.
- You will be responsible for identifying and initiating action, either directly or via contractors, on all repairs required, in the event of a breakdown or defect.
- You will input relevant data following PPM actions into the planning record system to ensure accurate records are maintained.
- To carry out or coordinate any minor alterations (e.g. refurbishment, redecoration) to the building as and when required.
- Ensure stock levels of engineering items and consumables are kept at a satisfactory level.
The Candidate
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience within a building services or facilities maintenance position
Experience performing duties such as replacing or repairing electrical appliances or general plumbing or HVAC or water testing
- Must hold an apprenticeship or qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or building services equivalent
Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle is essential - Be a great communicator with a strong work ethic.
- Able to work as part of a team and also independently to ensure tasks are completed.
- Flexibility to work our rota and fulfil the on-call requirements (1 in 4)

Reporting to the quality manager the role is to support, grow and continuously improve the manufacture of world-class products. The Role of CMM Programmer:
- Programme CMM machines for various components. Zeiss and Mitutoyo.
- Capable of using more traditional checking equipment, height gauges, micrometres, verniers, gauging (hard & electronic) etc.
- Understand & interpret 2D drawings and models.
- Control & influence quality procedures.
- Be the hands-on part of the NPI / design team introduction.
- Work closely with engineering during 1st off to production.
- Support the production team on a day-to-day basis to ensure timely delivery of customer expectations.
- Support the machining cells on real-time problem resolution and quality issues.
- Be proactive in the recommendation of new or improved quality techniques.
- Identify waste and define methods of reduction within the process to allow continual improvement.
The ideal CMM Programmer:
- CMM Programming & setting up of new checking processes.
- Able to read and interpret 2D drawings and models.
- A good knowledge of castings.
- A good knowledge of machining.
- 1st off inspection & reporting.
- Experienced in NPI and process improvements.
