The Commercial Façade Field Technician actively performs and enforces Company safety policy and program to minimize accidents affecting employees, the public, and property. They will be responsible for attending safety meetings, complying with governmental regulations, reporting, and investigating accidents, and planning site-specific job safety procedures including:
$21-38/hour (not including prevailing wage)

Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Outward Housing Department provides housing management aimed at sustaining vulnerable people in their tenancies and assisting people to move on from short-term services. We work with a number of registered housing providers and in conjunction with our Group partner Newlon Housing Trust to provide housing management to their supported housing homes.
As a Tenancy Management Officer, you will be expected to ensure that a comprehensive, sensitive and efficient housing management service is delivered to our tenants. You will have the ability to liaise with a range of internal and external partners, experience of providing a supported housing service to vulnerable tenants and a commitment to sustaining tenancies wherever possible.
You will also be able to effectively manage tenancy breaches, including Anti-Social Behaviour, assess the suitability of new referrals, carry out property inspections and manage the voids process, monitor rent accounts and work with the Income Management Team to ensure that rent arrears are kept to a minimum. The successful candidates will also have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
This role is available as a full-time post of 38 hours per week.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Machine Operator (3rd Shift) starts, troubleshoots, and operates manufacturing equipment safely. There are three Machine Operator levels (I, II, & III). The level will be determined by experience, ability to assume various roles on the plant floor, and demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and problem-solve machine issues resulting in efficient cycles and minimal downtime.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures. Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s). Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards. Ensure product meets certain tolerances and specifications. Perform routine inspections per quality standards. Understand production instructions. Maintain accurate paperwork. Package, label, and store products. Cross-train on other production functions as business need dictates. Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality. Report and assist with resolving safety, quality, and mechanical issues. Participate in the continuous improvement process. If appropriate, set up and operate various off-line and secondary equipment.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: No formal educational requirement. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
No prior work experience or training required. Previous experience operating a machine in a manufacturing environment requiring speed and dexterity is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift Licensecertified, preferred. Willing to train.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to function effectively in a team setting. Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrates reliability, flexibility, and dependability.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, balance, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 50 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This position performs diagnostic various onsite inspections for customers as well as other inspection services
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform/assist with diagnostic roof inspections, including Infrared, Nuclear, visual, & other inspection services, along with related information gathering and verification tasks. Work with Lead Diagnostics Technician Collaborate with other Field Supervisors as necessary. Assist with the Quality Control (QC) process of all diagnostic jobs, including the proper documentation, to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer was fully satisfied. Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, voicemail, in person) with the customers, sales reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all diagnostic related matters. Serve as a contact for the office personnel if there are any problems concerning a diagnostic issue. Project a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while completing services for a customer. In conjunction with the Manager of Diagnostic Services, assist in the training of other field personnel on diagnostic tools, techniques, processes, etc. Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Participate in all safety trainings and complete any required documentation. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the Manager of Diagnostic Services or the VP of General Services
ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior roofing inspection and diagnostic experience Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling skills Knowledge and experience in monitoring and maintaining Quality Control Functional computer skills Prior safety training and complete a minimum of 10-hour OSHA certification Planning and organizational skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and demonstrate good task management Ability to work independently Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships Ability to climb up and down interior/exterior ladders to access roofs (minimum of 20 ft.) and carry basic hand tools, equipment, and/or material up to approx. 75 lbs. over long distances Capable of walking along rooftop edges (no fear of heights, good balance, etc.) Ability to handle prolonged exposure to outside weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.) The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $60,000 and $68,000.
