Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Role responsibilities:
Perform to a good standard all aspects of Maintenance Fitting.
Providing solutions for practical problems, the exact day to day duties will vary depending on the task.
Fault finding on pneumatics, hydraulics, machines out of sequence and reduce downtime.
General welding and fabrication.
Developing personal engineering skills.
Provide maintenance solutions to enhance the improvement of plant efficiencies.
General machining is an advantage, Centre Lathe work, Milling Machine work.
Your duties would include but not limited to the following;
Before work commences on any item of plant/machinery etc. all relevant safe work procedures must be sought and followed together with an assessment made if needed with maintenance fitter, plant foreman and management of what is required to enable the task involved to be carried out in the safest way possible.
Ensure when carrying out any work at height a full working at height risk assessment is carried out including permits.
Provide technical expertise to support plant requirements.
Ensure when carrying out any work a one-minute risk assessment is completed irrespective of a full risk assessment in place.
Use Forterra Permit to work system.
Provide inspection, testing and commissioning expertise and support.
Before using any vibration, tools ensure all monitoring equipment is in serviceable condition using Havswear recording system and to ensure not to exceed acceptable limits.
Lead by example in encouraging teamwork with both electrical and mechanical employees, flexibility, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Proactively support company / site initiatives
To work together with all maintenance staff to ensure one team.
Ensure isolation of all plant and equipment both electrically and mechanically before commencement of duties. Ensuring the use of personnel lock off LOTOTO.
Return all tools used to their correct place and all debris to the correct skip.
To adhere to rules and procedures involving the use of workshop equipment.
Once work is completed including new installations ensure a full test has been carried out safety guards are put back, all safety features work and all debris removed before commencement / operation of the plant/equipment.
As and when required to aid in tunnel kiln shutdown/light up and general maintenance.
To work in conjunction with Maintenance Electricians and assist as and when necessary.
To keep plant and maintenance records up to date.
Carry out PPMs to a good standard with records.
To acquire a good understanding of all machines sequence, a basic understanding of operation.
To use all hand/power tools and ladders safely and correctly using the required P.P.E and to take out of action immediately damaged /faulty items.
Report all irregularities/health & safety issues to the maintenance manager.
To carry out housekeeping duties as and when required.
Work a reasonable amount of overtime when required.
Be flexible with overtime and covering holidays.
Undertake any relevant training as requested on rest days and during your shift.

The job requires adequate mechanical qualifications and a minimum of three years’ experience.

Position Summary:

Assure on Time in Full delivery to customer's request. Perform Root Cause Analysis on OTIF misses. Approval and processing of returned goods and replenishment of orders in a timely manner. Prepare Bills of Lading per Department of Transportation (DOT) certification and guidelines. Assure compliance with all regulatory, safety procedures, housekeeping expectations as defined by management. Assist in daily warehousing duties as needed. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE. The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade. This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects. Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.

The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment. This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.). When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility. Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires minimal physical activity but does require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day. No unusual environmental, lifting or exertion requirements are associated with this position. Will require occasional international or domestic travel up (30 - 40%).
Essential Functions:
Overall management of the specified product line on a global basis. Identify gaps in the product line and projects to address them. Act as the primary liaison between Sales and R&D in prioritizing product development and/or testing needs. Collaborate with the Specifier Services Team and the Market Managers to develop strategic initiatives for penetrating Carboline product technology into current and new markets. Identify new strategic markets and applications for the product line. Develop and carry out plans to promote the product line within Carboline and the industry. Assist the communications team with promotional and marketing strategies as needed. Investigate and recommend future improvements to the product line to ensure superiority in the marketplace. Assist in achieving annual sales and margin objectives. Take on special assignments as directed by management. Assist in making joint calls with field reps to help develop buying and non-buying accounts. Make customer presentations upon request that help promote the respective product line(s) of the Product Line Manager Assist in training new employees as well as customers to understand the category of products and technology respective to the Product Line Manager Become involved in professional societies to promote the product line. Write white papers and give presentations to increase visibility within these organizations. Ensure that Total Quality policies and procedures are met.
