Overseeing the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger to ensure invoices are processed, and where required, providing assistance.
Preparing Monthly Management accounts including commentary and insights
Responsible for quarterly forecasting and budgeting, and short and long-term business planning, including due diligence on strategic growth.
Analysing current and completed projects to identify profitability.
Ensuring that WIP is calculated correctly in month end accounts.
Managing the Year End process and working closely with the external auditors
Reviewing and implementing key financial controls to reduce risk.
Responsible for VAT Returns, Payroll and statutory submissions for companies house and HMRC
Managing and negotiating finance leases
Reviewing and implementing systems / processes
THE PERSON:
Must be ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified
Current experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar, such as; Head of Finance, ideally with experience within an SME.
Must have experience of Monthly Management Accounts, Budgeting and Forecasting
Experience of working with Xero would be an advantage, but this is not essential providing you’re able to pick up new systems quickly.
Solid skills with MS Excel to an Intermediate/Advanced Level
Any experience of Project Accounting/WIP and CIS would be an advantage.

Monitor financial transactions and manage rent arrears according to established procedures.

Relevant qualification or significant experience in a similar role within a support service environment.

The Job:
A great opportunity for a Skilled AutoCad Technician to join a leading Company within the Window and Door Industry
Responsibilities:
Review Architect’s drawings and propose design solutions.
Assist estimating in providing design solutions at enquiry stage.
Prepare fabrication drawings and cutting lists.
Review programme with Contracts Manager and agree design / procurement programme.
Visit site as required, assisting with contract / site management.
Keep abreast of product and system developments.
Ensure good economical design, encouraging standardisation of details, to achieve best use of available resources.
Prepare approval drawings and achieve approved status.
Prepare material schedules.
Send out purchase requisitions.
Liaise with consultants.
Prepare Design Safety Risk Assessments.
Prepare installation drawings / instructions.
Resolve technical difficulties.
Co-operate with preparation of valuations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Must have Design experience WITHIN THE WINDOW AND DOOR INDUSTRY
Portfolio to illustrate previous work
Must be able to produce Plans, Elevations, Details and Shopdrawings
Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit are essential
Technically competent
Planning/scheduling, meeting deadlines
