They are looking for additional Remote Working Conveyancing Fee Earners to join their growing team due to further ambitious plans to expand.
You will be responsible for handling a caseload of transactions, providing conveyancing for clients and delivering completions within the required timeframes as per the terms of their auction transactions.
Ideally, you will be used to working within a fast-paced environment and handling files at every stage of the conveyancing process.
On top of effectively managing your caseload, you will also be responsible for providing an excellent customer service to clients and third-parties, as well as maintaining internal relationships across the business.
You will work with your assigned Conveyancing Assistant, allocating and delegating tasks to assist with the delivery of targets and timeframes. You will be used to working in a fast paced and driven environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- You will handle your own case load of around 65-75 files, working in an organised and effective manner in order to hit deadlines.
- You will work collaboratively with your assigned Conveyancing Assistant(s) and Sales Progressor, allocating and delegating tasks to assist with the delivery of targets and timeframes.
- You will use your strong customer service and relationship building skills to liaise with buyers, vendors, and solicitors on their transactions, providing regular updates to ensure files are progressed to completion as quickly as possible.
- You will obtain and check land registry documents and title deeds (if the land is unregistered), drafting legal documents, including but not limited to contracts and Land Registry documents.
- You will ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules.
- You will present yourself and your firm in the best way to your partner agents, their clients your team and everyone else involved in the transaction.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as Conveyancer, be a licensed conveyancer or equivalent or Solicitor NQ up to 5 years PQE
Minimum 12 months case handling experience required with the ability to title check Freehold/Leasehold and unregistered

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager Junior Associate position will train in many departments within Roofing and WTI while engaged in a degree seeking program through RISE. The following areas will be included in training as well as any others deemed appropriate: WTI Field - WTI Field Resources to learn installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as safe operations of tools of the trade. This position requires hands on; roof or construction site activity. General Contracting - learn and assist in project management duties including but not limited to managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc), participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects. Sales & Service Support - Report database management and QC related activities, warranty adjustment, leak tracking, customer service, project administration, product training activities, etc. The Construction Manager Junior Associate will be required to apply and take courses working towards a degree in Construction Management through the WTI partnership with The University of Akron, must maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA, and will work through the Junior Associate curriculum which includes training in the following: OLI QC, superintendent training, estimating, spec writing, CM admin support, PR/Inspection field services.

As a School Sport Coach Apprentice, you will need to understand how to plan and deliver coaching sessions. You will also need to inspire, motivate and enthuse your students. Below are the main roles you will be expected to carry out during your apprenticeship.
Support the provision of high-quality sports coaching during and after school
Involve all children in physical education and adapting lessons to children with different abilities
Give feedback to students on performance and help them to improve techniques and understanding
Improve links with other local schools and partners to help with competitive sport and physical activity provision
Utilise and collaborate with industry-wide support networks and internal team members to ensure the most effective coaching services are delivered to participants.
Increase physical activity levels within the school (both pupils and staff)

The successful candidate will assist in managing multiple commercial projects from initial planning through to completion, including directing site operatives and sub-contractors, monitoring project costs, providing consistent and dedicated client liaison in order to deliver projects on time and to budget.
As well as the tasks listed below you will learn building regulation compliance, surveying, site management, H&S compliance and be exposed to commercial matters.
Plan, schedule, arrange and oversee works against contractual expectation
Deploy, resources of material, equipment, personnel and other sub-contract services to achieve the overall weekly installation schedule in terms of volume, quality and cost
Scrutinise surveys against tender documents to identify installation issues and liaise with estimating to identify any anomalies or discrepancies
Ensure the installation facility is efficiently planned and organised in order to meet agreed delivery schedules and costs
Provide installation data to the estimating department to aid the build-up of tender documents and carry out site inspections where necessary
Ensure that any additional materials, services or methods used during an installation are recorded to enable the raising of a Variation Order. Ensure a fully documented site diary is kept for commercial contract installations and is retained within the relevant contract file.
Allocate sub-contractors ensuring best fit for the requirements of the contract and supervise in order to ensure the individual objectives of each contract are completed to schedule and comply with contractual and payment conditions and dress code
Ensure sub-contractors receive guidance on the methods, systems, quality and safety standards of installation required in the form of an Installation Manual, Surveys and when necessary Method Statements
Manage all aspects of the contracts ensuring all surveys, manufacture and fitting are carried out within contract timescales
Liaise with internal customers to ensure an effective client liaison service is achieved in line with set KPI's
Ensure that every installation undergoes a final inspection/snagging and is only handed over to the Client on a satisfactory conclusion
Ensure the invoicing of completed jobs/contracts is carried out as each job/contract is completed. Ensure valuations are raised in line with the agreed time schedules as defined within the contract terms and conditions
Monitor and approve the weekly Installers time sheets prior to authorisation for payment
Liaise with customers and work with other internal departments to ensure the highest standards are met
Attend pre-contract/contract/site meetings when deemed necessary
Provide excellent customer and quality service in line with standards, procedures and guidelines
Use effective skills to ensure a zero incident health and safety culture, implementing all regulatory health and safety
Training:The successful candidate will work towards a Level 3 Construction Support Technician qualification, which will take 24 Months (plus End Point Assessment) and will be delivered by Leeds College of Building on a Day Release basis.Training Outcome:
