Your responsibilities will include:
Designing, executing, and adapting safe, innovative, evidence-based treatments rooted in the principles of neuroplasticity and motor re-learning.
Strategizing and managing a diverse clinical caseload with precision and priority.
Collaborating with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) in diagnosing, formulating problems, and devising rehabilitation plans.
Serving as a Key Worker/Named Therapist to actively coordinate and oversee the therapeutic regimen to achieve agreed rehabilitation objectives.
Playing a pivotal role in crafting secure discharge plans.
Assessing and supplying necessary equipment to support patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Delivering interventions as part of an MDT strategy and contributing to MDT service enhancements.
Maintaining meticulous records and clinical documentation in adherence to company protocols and RCOT guidelines.
Facilitating effective and timely communication across all levels, including patients, families, the MDT, and external entities.
Contributing to the in-service education and training initiatives for the broader MDT.
Providing guidance and supervision to junior staff, including assistants and students.
Ensuring the safety and protection of individuals from harm while upholding their human rights.
Qualifications & Training Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy
Demonstrated commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Previous experience in Neurorehabilitation and post-acute Brain Injury care

Conducts Pre-Proposal Meeting and distribute completed Pre-Proposal meeting documentation to all applicable parties. Assist Construction Manager in reviewing of proposals. Prepare Proposal Documents as directed by Construction Manager.
Pre-Construction Stage:

My client, one of Yorkshire's leading law firms are currently recruiting for a Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their Clinical Negligence team at their Leeds office on a full-time basis. The role is very client focused and the successful candidate will pride themselves on delivering a professional, helpful and friendly service.
Whilst your caseload grows you will be expected to assist other members of the team with dedicated tasks. All of their cases are multi-track. Caseload numbers are dictated by complexity, though most will have < 40 cases at any one time. Support from paralegals and secretaries will be provided as necessary.

The successful candidate will have experience either exclusively or predominantly in running a claimant clinical negligence caseload. About you:Our ideal candidate will have an intermediate to advanced secretarial skills, ideally gained through working in the loss adjusting or insurance sector although experience gained in the surveying or legal sectors would also be welcomed.Additionally, you will have/will be:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role and the ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise your workload.Accurate keyboard skills with at least 55-60 WPM typing speed.Ability to work on own initiative.Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team.Excellent customer service and communication skills.A positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems.Able to co-ordinate a variety of actions concurrently.Ability to work to given targets.
