10+ years of relevant experience within project management background gained in the Financial Services Industry.
Experience of Financial Reporting projects such as Finrep would be preferred but experience within the wider Financial Regulatory space would be considered.

The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc). This will involve working with the superintendent or technicians assigned to the project to ensure delivery is on time and within budget, as well as selecting and managing all sub-contractors. Additional duties will include participating in all proposals, specifications, price estimates, schedules, and sales efforts as they affect the aforementioned projects. Also, responsible for Sales and Service Support, Field Resources, and Customer Management communication as necessary. Abide by all Company policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications. Conceptual Phase (estimates & schedules) Program Planning Phase Design Phase Conduct Prebid Construction Phase Conduct Pre-construction Effective Close-out Cost Estimates and schedules Use of ebuilder for all project documentation per policy manual. Responsibilities of the HSEQ Manager ;
The HSEQ Manager will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of the project Quality Management plan.
You will cover technical Safety Engineering input into facilities design (HAZOP / HAZID), risk assessment and the legal requirements.
You will be responsible for providing advice on legal requirements for projects such as CDM, COMAH requirements, Hazardous Substances consents, Environmental Permits and other licences, as well as the drafting of permit and license applications.
Responsibility for supporting risk assessments throughout the lifecycle of projects, such as HAZOP and other process safety studies, CEDOIF and other environmental assessments, manual handling / lifting, COSHH.
Tasked with ensuring environmental considerations such as decarbonisation, energy efficiency, water efficiency and waste are considered and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
You will liaise with site sustainability responsible person to ensure any changes are considered, controlled / managed appropriately.
Ensure human factors considerations are assessed and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
Guarantee compliance with ISO 14001 environmental and ISO9001 quality management systems, and company corporate safety and process safety standards, throughout the project lifecycle, and provide support and auditing throughout the construction and commissioning phases.
To be successful in this HSEQ Manager position, you will hold a degree or chartership qualification in an Engineering discipline, as well as a NEBOSH OH&S diploma level 6 or equivalent. The Project Administrator is responsible for managing all facets of a project's administrative duties for the following service types: General Contracting, Contracting Patch and Repair, Patch and Repair, Job Site Inspection, Roofing Advisor Days, Consulting, TRACE, ACT, Thermocore, and Canam. This includes managing contractor payables, customer billings & receivables, and Field Resource and customer Management communication when necessary. Set up and maintain all project documents. Receive and validate SAP Sales Order information entered by the Customer Service Rep to ensure all information is complete and accurate. Ensure the timely dispatch of service orders to WTI Technicians as applicable for the project type. Issue Master Contractor or Subcontractor agreements for large contracts and POs for smaller projects. Coordinate work with key project resources, including Construction Managers, customers, and management. Project management will consist of managing time and expenses as incurred on projects, monitoring payables beyond 30 days, tracking plan and actual costs, confirming that all project documents have been collected (bonds, insurance, submittals, etc.), and ensuring expected costs are received and processed before job closeout, and prepare accurate and timely invoices to customers based on pricing, and billing procedures, within established metrics and contract terms.

The Role of the Design Engineer
Following an established, successful training programme, the Design Engineer will have full technical responsibility for their own projects.
As the Design Engineer you will produce Temporary Works designs (both above, and below ground) and drawings on a day-to-day basis to satisfy customer demand.
You’ll be checking your own designs and drawings in line with the companies quality procedures
As the Design Engineer you’ll be required to produce “one-off” project work as directed by the Engineering Management Team.
Provide technical support to the Sales Team / Customer (project related/non-project related).

Essential -
- A degree in Engineering or physical sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years systems engineering experience in a defence engineering (or similar) company.
- Proficient in the use of requirements management tools (DOORS, Visure or R4J).
- Work package management in JIRA.
- Proficient in Report Writing.
Desirable -
- Technical Leadership of project teams with a significant level of responsibility for managing project risks and for delivering on time and on budget.
- Experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Working in multi-disciplinary teams on projects with a high level of complexity.
- Safety Management (MIL-STD 882E, DEF-STAN 00-56, ISO 12100:2010).
- Statutory Compliance (CE Marking).
