You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers The care home emphasises on dementia and mental health care, and also has skills to care for younger people with dementia in an annex adjacent to the main home **To be considered for this position you must have experience of Hospitality Management** As the Hospitality Manager your key responsibilities include:· Develop a service experience that fits within our family vision and values; being compassion, empathy and transparency in our service delivery· Develop and maintain a positive working environment for all staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and high-quality service· Ensure that all residents are provided with an exceptional experience and that their needs and expectations are met and exceeded· Manage the food service operation, working closely with the executive chef including menu planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality meals in a timely and efficient manner· Develop and maintain a robust activities program that is tailored to the interests and needs of the residents and is engaging, fun, and promotes health and wellness· Maintain and manage best first impression experience· Ensure the housekeeping function is effective, efficient, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:· Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders· Strong understanding of the principles of first impressions and the ability to ensure that guests have a positive experience from the moment they arrive· Knowledge of food service operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and delivery, as well as a good understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements· Strong understanding of the needs and interests of older people and the ability to develop and deliver a range of activities that are engaging, fun, and promote health and wellness· Strong understanding of the principles of housekeeping, including cleaning, hygiene, and infection control· Strong understanding of budget management and the ability to manage costs effectively whilst still delivering high-quality service The successful Hospitality Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £30,000 per annum.
