Teach Plus are currently working with a ‘Good’ school in Friern Barnet, they are looking for a passionate nursery teacher to join the team from April.
The primary school are committed to making sure that school is a safe place that allows everyone to thrive both academically and socially.
The primary school are looking for a nursery teacher who is going to be able to come in and help the children transition into Key Stage 1.
As a Nursery Teacher you will be required to:
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young children.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum.
Maintain a well-organised classroom, ensuring resources and materials are easily accessible for children.
Support children with additional needs, providing tailored support as required.
The ideal candidate for a Nursery Teacher will have:
Practical experience in a Nursery class or similar early years setting. Experience required
Understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum Experience required
Experience in observing and assessing children’s progress, writing reports, and using this data to inform future teaching strategies.
