Job Opportunity: MSK Physiotherapist
Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary: £46,000 per annum + CPD, private healthcare, and additional benefit
MediTalent is excited to facilitate the recruitment of an experienced MSK physiotherapist to join our esteemed client’s team. This role is ideal for a proficient individual at Band 6 level, adept at managing their caseload and contributing to the growth of both the department and junior team members. While leadership experience is advantageous, it's not mandatory.
Requirements:
HCPC registered, chartered physiotherapist.
Familiarity with CSP and HCPC Codes and guidelines, and their implications for practice.
Minimum of 1 ½ years of MSK experience.
Acupuncture skills would be advantageous, though not obligatory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse clinical MSK caseload effectively.
Actively support the implementation of national developments locally and provide guidance to junior staff.
Demonstrate proficiency in referring to podiatry, APPs, or back to GPs when necessary.
Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary clinic.
Exhibit strong knowledge and experience in applying safe, evidence-based techniques, assessments, and outcome measures in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
Possess expert musculoskeletal and manual handling skills.
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary up to £46,000 per annum
33 days holiday per annum, increasing to 38 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
