To provide statutory occupational therapy and care planning services to vulnerable members of the community across the required areas, focusing on physical function and supporting equipment, to reduce the impact of ill health and disability, and improve independence, outcomes and quality of life for individuals. Undertake assessments of need and risk in relation to physical function and support needs, to inform decisions and care planning that will support vulnerable individuals.
