This is an opportunity definitely worth considering if you either have experience or would like to specialise in the healthcare advisory arena. The Healthcare Advisory Solicitor role is varied and involves court of protection work, judicial review, mental health tribunals as well as inquests, governance matters, CQC and related healthcare regulation and information law work.
