Tremco is currently searching for an Inbound/Outbound Distribution Clerk in our Distribution Center in Euclid, OH.
The Distribution Clerk is responsiblefor ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents are completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure orders and shipping quantities match picking documents through careful audit of said documents. Work with Plant Operations, Customer Service and Purchasing to resolve allocation discrepancies. Help with or complete special projects at the discretion of the Distribution Services Manager. Ensure good security processes are followed with regard to the CTPAT (driver and visitor sign in). Answer/route all telephone calls in a polite manner, taking messages and routing to proper individual in a timely manner. Assists & evaluates needs with shipping points, services, weights & freight permits, and other information needed. Initiates, answers & documents tracer inquiries when requested via email and/or fax. Maintains shipping stations are in working order and stock with materials. Notifies consignee of shipment arrival and coordinates shipment information to other offices and/or agents. Arranges for movement of freight to consignee/agent & updates the system with information. Route Shuttle Drivers to maximize the efficiency of moving the Production stock to the DC. Processes necessary invoices to appropriate office for payment. Enter data pertaining to domestic and international shipments into the company's ERP system and into the shipping systems of commercial freight carriers. Monitor the supply of packaging materials and requisition additional supplies as required. Confirm physical shipment of goods and facilitate tracking of packages. Identify errors on packing lists & invoices and correct them. In conjunction with senior supervisor will be responsible for all outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations. Using ERP System, prepare accurate bills of lading for outbound freight. Ensure that drivers depart with appropriate paperwork. Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents by strict adherence to standard operating procedures. Gather, enter into warehouse management system and maintain all data and records relative to shipping and receiving activities. Complete necessary management reports as required. Responsible reporting Cycle Counts to Distribution Services Manager as required by identified Cycle Count Program. Act as back up to other functions as necessary. Field Resources Inspector JOB DESCRIPTION The Field Resource Inspector is responsible for completing documents, forms, processes and data gathering to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity in our field inspection reporting. Documents include electronic, hard or soft copies. This position is responsible to perform specific inspection services at the direction of the local Foreman or Supervisor. The Field Resource Inspector will work independently or with other resources depending on the task being performed. The Field Resource Inspector will complete and be responsible for all types of job site inspections including: TremCare, Job Site, QA and QA Plus. The Inspection technician is responsible for daily review and performance of safety, efficiency, and quality as it relates to the performance of inspection services. Safety is our number one priority and will be embedded into every discussion, meeting and project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Field Resource Inspection Technician is responsible for performing the inspection services. They are to be on time and complete work scheduled. The Inspection Technician will perform all services in a professional manner as it pertains to conduct, appearance and communication. All required job information should be completed promptly via the required tools and resources. Must be familiar with all forms of low slope roofing systems. Must be knowledgeable with Tremco line of products and proper applications Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and confirm all work orders scheduled. Completion of all safety related activities using the designated tools mandated by Tremco Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job
Job Site Inspection specific: Ensure the Spec has been read and will be taken to the project location.- Job Site Inspection specific Check materials for specification compliance, material type and proper storage Walk the roof with the Foreman. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The WTI Regional Administrator is responsible to assist and support the WTI Supervisors and Foreman in the assigned region. This position ensures the regional responsibilities are managed, tracked, and executed timely. Key responsibilities include ensuring training for new hires is scheduled, reports are consolidated and communicated to the WTI Supervisor, and key metrics are tracked and communicated back to the corporate management team. The Regional Administrator has excellent communication and organizational skills. This position is also responsible for the scheduling and oversight of project volume for an assigned region. Ensuring project volume is managed and executed within established business rules and objectives. Key responsibilities include accurate field reporting, timely completion of jobs, and project backlog management. This position will have the authority to make scheduling changes as required to manage scope changes, unplanned work, and weather-related changes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
