The Role:
I am currently looking for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to be home based on a full-time permanent basis, the successful individual will be OH qualified. The role will consist of Triage, Case Management and Pre-Employment Screening and on occasions you may be asked to cover a vaccine clinic. I am looking for a candidate who comes from a Healthcare background.
You will be working on case management, attendance, fitness for work, requests for OH advice, producing written reports, evaluating medicals and surveillance results, vaccinations, travel health services, ergonomic advice and delivering health promotion to the client’s workforce.
You will provide clinical supervision and support other team members where relevant (such as OH Technicians).
You need to be NMC registered and have a qualification in Occupational Health, meticulous written skills, and attention to detail while being an excellent communicator with a range of stakeholders.

The Role:
They are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join an Occupational Health Team. This role is based at a client's site in Bridgwater. Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in the energy sector and enjoy working within a small and friendly team. The right candidate may work remotely full-time as a case manager.
Duties:
* Conduct health surveillance assessments.
* Perform fitness-for-work assessments.
* Handle case management tasks over the phone or in person.
* Produce high-standard and quality management advice reports.
Skills & Experience:
* You will be a Qualified or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, a diploma or degree in Occupational Health is preferable,
* Have experience in a commercial occupational health setting, particularly with exposure to case management and health surveillance.
* You will also have excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation

Following further growth at their factory based local to the Coalville area of Leicester, our client is now seeking to appoint a HSE / Health, Safety, Environmental coordinator, to coordinate and manage integrated management systems related to Health, Safety, Environmental processes, and compliance within the factory, embedding and developing ways of working specific to factory and manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Site Factory Manager, this presents an outstanding opportunity for an experienced HSE coordinator / advisor or HSE administrator to transfer knowledge and experience from other, or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities of HSE Coordinator include:

Track progress of SHE Assure actions for the team.
Carry out SSOP reviews.

Work with the factory team to implement the strategic plan for the site.
Audit the Integrated Management System (IMS).
Collate process and report all factory HSE data.
Ensure all relevant data is recorded accurately.
Manage skills matrix and course bookings.
Collaborate with all business stakeholders to ensure the Safety Health & Environment Strategy is delivered and all relevant legislation is always compiled to.
Provide accurate, timely and technical advice to colleagues in resolving issues in H&S and reducing environmental impact.
Deliver Toolbox Talks to the factory team.
Use data to identify and prioritise issues that affect the business, establish their root cause, and provide findings and recommendations for business improvement.
Manage occupational health monitoring in line with the business policies.
Essential Qualifications & Experience of Health and Safety, Environmental Coordinator:
IOSH certificate, or above, e.g IOSH or NEBOSH – Nebosh training can and will be provided along with career progression opportunities within the wider business
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Numerate and literate
