The Role:
As the successful Private Client Fee Earner, you will be joining an experienced and friendly Probate Team, where you will comply to professional practice rules.
The Private Client team deal with a variety of different matters, including:
- Wills and Probate
- Powers of Attorney
- Estates and tax
- Court of protection
- Estate Administration
To be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a solid work history as a Private Client Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate, with the ability to handle your own caseload of Private Client Matters and you will be passionate about all things Wills and Probate.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience of handling medical negligence claims

- To work as part of an existing team
- Management of own case load and providing direction to junior colleagues & answering queries raised by junior colleagues.

- Avoid by means of commercial tactical planning unrecoverable & excessive disbursements.

My client is a Top 100 Manchester Law firm and they have a vacancy for a Paralegal to join the EL/PL team in their Personal Injury department, based in their head office in Manchester.
The role will be supporting PI fee earners with their caseloads, alongside the team's paralegals/trainees, and will be an excellent opportunity to learn and develop legal knowledge and skills.
