Forming strong relationships with local authorities is essential to maximise placements and achieve the best outcomes for children.
About the role
You will need to have a Social Work degree and a minimum of 2 years’ post qualifying experience to be considered for this position. Previous experience within a fostering team is desirable, but not essential. If could also have experience with Looked After Children, Child Protection, Leaving Care and Adoption. Knowledge of Principles of the Children Act, Childcare legislation, guidance and national standards is essential.
