Shifts are 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday and occasional weekend Saturday work.
The Company:
You will be working on site at this established dairy food production factory. The company have been established for over 40 years and have continued to grow from strength to strength.
The Role:
You will be working as a Maintenance Engineer on site at the main manufacturing plant. You will be providing engineering support to the site including assisting with the installations and PPM.
You will be reporting to the Engineering Manager and working along side the other engineering staff and the production staff.
Day to day duties will also include fault finding and diagnosis or repairs on all plant machinery to mechanical and some electrical equipment.
Communicating any breakdown time scales etc.
Documentation, record keeping for PPM, Servicing and Breakdowns.
Experience:
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, ideally from a food manufacturing environment.
Able to fault find both mechanically and electrically.
PPM experience
Good written and verbal skills
Refrigeration plant experience (desirable not essential)
Happy to work in a lean manufacturing environment.
Working with food automation machinery

General Purpose:
