Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer and the WTI Crew. Inspect and ensure all surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns. Complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form and submit to the Supervisors as applicable Ensure all project communication is completed prior to the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: Sales Rep on weekly/daily schedule WTI crew members to discuss scope of work and daily tasks The customer pre-arrival, at arrival and at completion of the day's work WTI Supervisor on schedule changes, project, and crew updates, etc. Efficient project management will include managing crew start and end times and production rates, ensuring tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently, and completing the project per the scope or work or specification. The WTI Foreman will complete an end of day and/or end of project walk through to ensure quality repairs and address any items prior to leaving the job site. Before and after pictures will be sent to the Sales Rep and information will be sent daily on project status. Ensure that all WTI Field Reps will have a professional appearance and customer interaction while completing services for a customer. The Field Resource Foreman is responsible for the ordering, tracking, and monitoring inventory and ensure Quarterly cycle counts are completed and submitted timely. Per pricing procedures review each field service project over $5,000 for pricing accuracy. Submit all projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor prior to submitting to the Sales Rep or customer. Manage, monitor, and document performance of Field Resource Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues. Consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Supervisor and/or Regional Manager.

The Role of the Weighbridge Operator:
As the Weighbridge Operator you’ll be joining a team of 15 Operatives at the companies Manchester Asphalt Plant.
A busy plant, the Manchester site has 3 fitters and a rail discharge which see’s in 7 deliveries a week.
The role of Weighbridge Operator will see you carry out the operation of the Weighbridge.
You’ll work closely with your fellow colleagues to ensure your Weighbridge duties are carried out whilst maintaining a high standard of health and safety.
This role is working on a shift basis of: Early one week and late the next. The Early shift is: 5:30am- 1:30pm, Late is: 8am- 4:45pm Monday to Friday. Working a Saturday 6am-2pm or a Sunday 7am-12pm. Weekends will be rotational, and you’ll know in advance what shift you’re working.
As the Weighbridge Operator you may be required to work nights on customer request.

The Ideal Person for the Weighbridge Operator:
Experience of working as a Weighbridge Operator in a similar production environment e.g. Asphalt, Concrete, aggregates etc would be desirable. However, experience of Weighbridge operations from any sector will be considered.
Will have a good understanding of Health and Safety.
Good communication skills and teamwork are required.

Specific Requirements:
Stages and prepares all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in batch making area and proper storage of batch area inventories. Communicates low levels of raw materials to the Plant Supervisor. Develops a thorough knowledge of raw material storage tanks, valving and piping, their contents, actuation and directions of flow. Maintains a good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be capable of logical structuring of the batch making process, particularly optimization of mixer usage and efficiency. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunction, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and material shortages immediately to the Production Supervisor. Acknowledges and understands the hazards and safety precautions required for working with inorganic metal-based powdered pigments and modifies work and hygiene practices accordingly.

Background Requirements:
High School Diploma with some college level chemistry preferred. Minimum 2 years prior related experience or 1 year experience as a production batch maker. Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by a fit test performed by an authorized agency.
Physical Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to be based at there Berkshire depot , dealing with enquires, customer requirements, operating software, booking in vehicles for MOTS and Repairs, coordinating engineers workloads & examination vehicles.
You will be looking after 15 technicians and 4 internal staff.
Requirements
You must be physically fit,
Experience on work software such as: Sage purchasing, Inspire hire system, excel spreadsheets, and updating of databases, computer literate, Automotive experience is essential,
Package
The package my client are looking to offer is 45k basic salary which does get reviewed are 3 months, large amount of paid overtime, pension, health care
